Poor Draco! You've so masterfully conveyed how adrift Draco feels now that he has lost his purpose, his drive in life to return to Ginny after the war. I got so excited when he saw Ginny at first, but had a niggling doubt that all would go smoothly, unfortunately it seems like that first instinct was right. For some reason, though, I feel like Ginny must've had *some* reason for being pregnant... maybe she thought Draco was dead? Then she met someone and is now pregnant by him? I shall read on and hope there is a good enough reason..

DAMN IT!!!! I'm not even to the third chapter and he's already been ripped to shreds twice!
Author's Response: Touché, Nectaris! I laughed so hard that I fell out of my chair and had to stop writing the next chapter of Along Came A Wizard to respond to this glorious review. In my own defense, as a psychiatrist, emotional gore doesn't bother me in the least. Nope, not a problem. However, physical gore - punching and kicking and bone breaking and knife wounds make me soooo sick to my queasy little stomach! There's a reason I never became a surgeon! Loved this review so much. wow. Thats....sad? lol. draco is, I quote, "lower than a snake's belly in a wagon race." I think you have successfully managed to drag Draco to the bottom. Soo... i guess the only way to go is up huh? I think you need a touch more dialogue and some more specifics. Everything is a bit vague and the story seems a bit slow. I still like it tho hahaa. Please keep updating!! It's really interesting. I wanna know whats gonna happen and whats already happened... lol.
Author's Response: You're right. Dialogue is coming in Chapter 4, and we will start to pull away from the close up view we've had through Draco's head to the real world. you are one of my favorite authors. i love all your work and i think that you do a great job in writing d/g fics.
poor draco. i noticed that in you seem to break draco's heart in your stories and i don't want to you to do that to him. i mean come on, why did ginny have to get pregnant? ooh... did she get raped? or is it harry's? hmmm.. i can't wait to see what's gonna happen next.
Author's Response: Thank you so much! It's a wonderful treat to hear that someone out there likes what I am writing. Your comment about breaking Draco's heart is an interesting one. I had the same thought as I reworked this fic. However, in my own defense, I have written many other stories in which I don't break Draco's heart. Quidditch, As Darkness Fell All Around, and Lost to Him. Okay, if I don't break his heart or cause some sort of romantic trouble, what fun is there in it? Besides, I always make him Slytherin tough. He complains and whines and hurts like hell, but he never breaks! Thanks for your thoughtful review. -fallenwitch
