Pretty, pretty please do update this soon. I faithfully check the site every day hoping to see your name… but alas do not. Really looking forward to your next update!!

Author's Response: 0:) I'm sorry, I've been busy + had little connection lately... Chapter 12 is corrected, I have to format then submit it. Chapter 13 just got back from the beta, so it's not going to come out any time soon. If the Mods are generous, I'd say expect to read Ch 12 by Sunday evening... But thanks for being so enthusiastic!

I'm shocked at how amazing this is- having just read it through entirely. Fantastic.

Author's Response: Thank you, thank you very much! I hope the rest will keep you interested :)

I just wanted to point out some minor mistakes that u might have missed...

"He was growing to believe that this was his main reason for marrying her-that and, of course, the fact that she surrendered so willingly to his attempts at zeduction" - 'S' not 'Z'

Author's Response: LOL!! good point... I promise I know that's the correct spelling :D Thanks for pointing it out!

Sorry forgot to ask - how come Draco hasn't tried to read Ginny's mind before - since he obviously has no problem doing so now?

Author's Response: Well, he didn't have much reason to do so earlier... Though as he began to suspect things, Legilimency sounded like a better idea... Also, Ginny isn't stupid. Her mind is usually guarded, except when emotions overwhelm her--as is the case whenever Tom is concerned, of course.

So Draco has NO CLUE who on earth Ginny is kissing huh?

Author's Response: Imagine if he did... [shudder] I think he might then be the first man to try and kill an already dead person.

Update soon. I need to know more. Please!!!!!

Author's Response: Well, chapters are coming as quickly as possible. Writing + beta-reading + correcting + formatting make it hard to update everyday. Sorry!!

OMG I LOVE THIS STORY!!!! IT IS GREAT!!! PLEASE update it often!! thanks

Author's Response: Geez. Thanks :D I'll try to. Thanks also for pointing out stuff that isn't very realistic, or mistakes... I'll try to write those out when I correct the story as a whole.

What is going on?
Oh no, He knows she's a weasley? or he saw her kissing harry!
No, he has to know after her hogwarts slip and the slip about his father... etc,...
Please don't have him hit her, I don't think I could bear it.
And please let him come to his senses quickly and understand that he loves her. :-
Update soon.

Author's Response: It appears I haven't been very clear in what I wrote. I apologize for that. Because by then Draco had stepped out of the major pentacle, he could no longer see Harry. And he was too occupied with Lucius' ghost to see Ginny talking to the Weasleys, thought at that moment, yes, he could have seen them. Don't worry, Draco is not the type of man who would hit a woman, much less one he--arhem, cough cough--loves; though rest assured that he will make her pay. As to the coming to his senses quickly, I apologize, but that's not going to happen anytime soon 0:)

This was amazingly well done, I started crying when her family came to her. You've really managed to make Draco seem absolutely repulsive in this story, I'm very interested to see how it is going to turn out. All in all though it is a most compelling read, I can't wait till it's complete so I can go through the whole story again with no interuptions, since you have made it flow and fit together so well.

Author's Response: Thank you :) Didn't mean to make Draco repulsive (he's not as bad as you think, you'll see), but of course, he's no angel. Hopefully I will tidy all of this enough for you to want to read it a second time. I'm glad you're enjoying it!

Very powerful chapter. I am in dread of what will happen to Ginny now, assuming Draco now knows her identity. Good job building the suspense.

Author's Response: Thank you. Mea culpa for the confusion I caused, but Draco doesn't know who she is yet... I just assumed that seeing his wife kissing someone else would justify his anger, regardless of who the dead bloke is. At that point, however, he couldn't see Harry (I am REALLY going to have to rewrite a few passages here... eep...)

Read your story again... LOL couldn't help doing so... your writing is so careful and richly detailed... I can't even imagine the effort and research that u put into each chapter.

I love reading your writing slowly... its a bit like fine wine... u can appreciate the detail a lot more if u take it slow...

Ok, I'll cut the rambling now. Looking forward to reading a lot more of ur work. Do u have any thing else that u have written, that I can read?

Author's Response: I am extremely flattered you would take the time to reread this, and tell me about it. Amen to the research part, though I love it--it's just so much fun! Though again, THANK YOU for your reviews, and particularly this one. I haven't written any other D/G fiction--I'm afraid this is all I can offer :/ I will strive to a. finish it and b. make it better. Cheers!

aaaaw
so i guess they're really all dead then.
that was a sad chapter, but i really want to know what draco will do about the kiss and things...

Author's Response: yep, they're all gone... you'll see soon enough how he chooses to retalliate. thanks for your review!

I was really hoping that Draco had not killed her family. I guess I will have to wait and see. Write quickly!

Author's Response: I'm terribly sorry, but at least in that regard, he succeeded... Hopefully more explanations will justify the act? Thanks for your review :)

That was a powerful scene. It must take a lot of courage to face the dead like that.

I do have one question: Why couldn't Draco see Harry when he kissed Ginny? It seemed that everyone could see the ghosts, and he had seen Harry earlier, so it seemed strange.

Anyway, I enjoyed the chapter and am looking forward to more.

Author's Response: I'm glad you enjoyed the chapter. It seems, from the various reviews, that I wasn't clear in explaining the pentacle rules (maybe I should make a little drawing, lol). Draco, overwhelmed by his guilt when facing the Weasleys, stepped out of the pentacle. THEN Harry kissed Ginny, but by that moment, as Draco was out of the pentacle, he could no longer see the ghosts. Thanks for the review. I apologize for the lack of clarity... :/

Oh dear. I can't wait to see what'll happen to Ginny in the next chapter. I'm glad to see that Draco had felt somewhat un-easy at re-facing the Weasleys. Whether it is guilt or regret, I'm pleased that he's human. Very believable, as well as Lucius’ gesture. I’ll be looking forward to your next update!
Thanxxx

Author's Response: Hmmmm nothing much. Nothing TOO bad, though something she wanted to avoid at all costs. Something like an additional tie to her husband. Yes, Draco isn't the blood-thirsty bastard we all love, though he can be extremely egocentric, unforgiving, and vicious, as we will see when he finds out about Ginny. Thanks for your reviews, for this chapter and the last. :D

Crap... Draco knows her name and knows that he met her some where before.... wonder how long it will be before the shit hits the ceiling?

Poor Ginny...i feel so bad for her.

Congratulations on yet another brilliant chapter. your writing; as always, is simply brilliant.

Author's Response: It'll be a little while for Draco... He's so far from imagining the truth, and thinks her dead, like the other Weasleys, that it's not going to hit him soon. Blaise, however, is more pragmatic... For better of for worse. Thanks for all your reviews :D

Thank GOD Draco doesnt know who she was kissing oh my goat!!! AAHHH! *sniffles* I was really tearing up there, when the twins came and the rest of the Weasleys and then, Ron...oh Ron.

Okay trying not to cry here! Oh dear dear Harry. Why was he shaking his head? Oh please update soon!

Author's Response: Well, Harry has somewhat matured. I'd say he wanted Ginny to stop her revenge plot, though whether she will follow his silent suggestion, only the plot will tell. I'm sorry you were tearing up... I suppose it was both a sad and happy moments for those who wanted to see how fared their loved ones. Thanks for the review!

Oh! I was sooo happy for the children! Their happiness really was contagious!
About the ghosts, I think it was a strong experience, and you wrote it so perfectly that I felt I was there... In the begining I thought anyone could see the others ghosts, but in the end you made clear it isn't so. Relief...

Author's Response: I'm glad you were touched by the children's happiness. Few things make me happier myself... :) The ghosts could have been treacherous, indeed, but everything was fine until the kiss. Some things Draco Malfoy doesn't forgive, and his wife's diverted affection is one of those. Understandably enough.

Love the chapter! Can't wait to read more!

Author's Response: Thanks. More is coming. Eventually... (refering to FF: don't worry, he won't hurt her, per se, when he finds out; he'll have a very good reason to want her unharmed. Not that it won't be painful, mentally) Thank you for the piles of reviews, every chapter!

Great chapter! I'm wondering though, can everyone else see the other ghosts beside the person who summonded them? If so hasn't Draco figured out Ginny's a Weasley?

Author's Response: They can see other ghosts, when they're a pentacle. Draco wasn't looking in Ginny's way when she was with the Weasleys--he was with his own father. By the time he was swarmed with the Weasleys, Harry Potter was making his way for Ginny, and Draco was out of the pentacle when Harry and Ginny kissed (ew ew ew). I thought the timing could work... I'm sorry if it's not very realistic. Thanks for reviewing!

Great chapter. I'm a little nervous at your little cliffy, but I still want to know about that heir. You seem to hint at it in every chapter now. :) Keep it up!
Lauren

Author's Response: Don't worry, the cliffie isn't a cliffie. Draco has a bad habit to burry what he feels... and thinks... But hey, if you want to know about the heir >:] All you have to do is wait for the next chapter, and you should be pretty much set. Thanks a bunch for the review(s)!

That was an incredible scene. I could see it so clearly in my head - the image of all of these ghosts who meant different things to different people revisitng those they left behind. It was just incredible. There's so much more I have to say, but for now I'm just sort of spellbound.

Author's Response: Thank you. I'm glad you could visualize it so well--it was pretty clear in my mind as well, and I wanted to transmit that. Say more whenever you feel like it: there's nothing more relaxing than being spellbound (see how we felt after HBP...) Thanks for the review!!
Name: YOUMUGGLES reviewed 11. Celebrating Samhain on Aug 12, 2006 05:43 pm
can the other see the ghost?
did draco see harry?

Author's Response: The others can only see the ghosts if they're in the pentacle. By the time G was kissing H, D had stepped out of it (couldn't face the Weasleys anymore...), so no, he didn't see him. I'm sorry I didn't make that clear, I will correct that when I rework on the story as a whole. Until then, thanks for the review! :)

Sorry for the late review! I read this chapter the day it came out.
Well, I see what you're doing with her frequent slips, but then, one cannot change to the core. And maybe WE see them better 'cause we know who she is, but looking from the other characters point of view, it's not that obvious. It's a really tricky balance you're maintaining here.
Now, with this not-so-unexpected situation of Blaise keeping an eye on her, those slips are going to be more crucial.

Well, I looked in your profile for some e-mail or msn, but there's none. No mistery in the microwave brigadeiro recipe.
Sweet condensed milk, and Nesquick as usual (there is a range between 2~4 tablespoons of Nesquick, based on personal taste), but in this case you don't use butter (yeah! so it's kindda lighter!) and you just mix the condensed milk and Nesquick together in a HIGH bowl.

(Note the HIGH part, it's important, you can use a bowl heighing about 10cm. Remember when milk boils it goes all the way up, so when you are doing the regular way you keep stirring it, in the microwave you won't).

8~10 minutes in the higher potency, always depends of the microwave, and voilá.
There you get your brigadeiro without effort. ^^

Author's Response: No problem! We're not on a time schedule, are we? ;) Slips are going to become dangerous very VERY soon. In fact, next chapter (number 12) is the first step toward the downfall. Question being: how eager will Blaise be to tell Draco is wife is Ginny Weasley, eager to get her revenge on him? He might be decapitated in the process, like those messengers of Nero who were killed when they rbought bad tidings... (jk about the decapitated part. we like that nice little head of his on his manly shoulders) Thanks a bunch for the review AND the recipe. I will try this very soon, mwahahahaaaa.

england doesn't not equal great britan, which is the name of the island housing the nations of wales, england and scotland.

but otherwise i am enjoying your story.

Author's Response: ah yes, I am aware of that though I tend to confused them. In French we use the terms interchangeably (though it is of course inaccurate), and I tend to do the same in English. I apologize. Thanks for the review/correction.
