I loved this chapter, because things are starting to be pulled out into the open. One small question, Narcissa seems to put a lot of emphasis on producing an heir, will there be a baby in this story?

Author's Response: Thanks! Yeah, things were bound to come out. Has Narcissa really been that insistant on their having an heir? I hadn't noticed... Well, all the better for her... If she lives to see it born... (dum dum dum dummmmm)

I really enjoyed this chapter! i hope no one will be too angry when they find out that Ginny is really a Weasley.

Author's Response: I'm glad you did. Most people won't be angry. In fact, most people won't find out until later. I can, however, tell you of one person who will be livid... and dangerous. Thanks for reviewing!

Ahh, I'm so nervous for Ginny. She's obviously doing a great job so far keeping cover: from attending tea parties to keeping her roots dyed; but it's the little things that worry me. The way she forgets that as a Malfoy, people are always watching her - Draco caught (and memorized) Hermione's letter, the way Serafina Zabini overheard her conversation, and the way she said, "Oh, come on now, we are not at Hogwarts anymore". I'm not sure if you inserted that slip intentionally or if Draco or anyone else caught it, but I'm nervous that someone has.

Until you update, though, you've got me on tenterhooks. Wonderful job so far!

Author's Response: You are very observant :D Her regular slips only show that no matter how much you can change your appearance, and even demeanor, you remain who you are... Regardless of whether Draco and the others catch this or that slip, there are enough to spurr some instinctive questioning. Blaise will not be so keen on letting these slip again... Thanks for your review. I'm glad you're catpivated.

I love the way you're writing this story - showing both Draco and Ginny's growing affection for each other and conflict because of it. I'm eagerly looking forward to finding out what happens next. :)

Author's Response: Thank you :) Hopefully the next chapter will meet your expectations, though their growing affection is going to take a succession of little blows... Cheers!

Wow i lost count of the number of twists the plot had in one single chapter! hats off to u.

Author's Response: that many twists, really? hummm... maybe I should make sure they're all part of my plan... thanks for the review!

This story just keeps getting better and better. There are so many D/G fics that are content to skim over the surface of everything that relationship could be, but this one really digs deep. You don't try to minimize their incompatibilities, but in this case they have far more problems than those. I look forward to seeing how you continue to work this one out.

Author's Response: Thank you very much. I could hardly say how honored (as obsequious as this may sound, that is how things are) I am that you appreciate my approach to Draco and Ginny's relationship. My main fear is that I'm focusing on the plot rather than on the couple's feelings, though I try to give both a good thought before I write. I hope to keep you interested and satisfied.

What a lovely chapter! I can't say I didn't see that one coming. Draco asking Blaise to spy on his wife was obvious. Who else would Draco share his personal life with? These "high class women of society" share many things in common. Though, one particularly stands out; utmost respect for Lord Malfoy. I enjoyed your conversation between the ladies. Light but each word still drenched with superiority. Please update soon!
Thanxxx

Author's Response: What a delightful review :) Detailed comments make me happy. Yes, I know, Draco had to ask Blaise to take care of his dirty laundry for him... It was expectable. Sorry you read so clearly into my game! I hope the rest will surprise you, or at least keep you on your toes. Thanks for the review!

Oh, dear. Ginny needs to learn to control her temper; when she doesn't she lets things slip. I have a feeling that there are going to be parts of this story that are going to make me very unhappy. But it is so well written that I won't mind too much. Thanks for the update!

Author's Response: Well, Ginny is a Weasley through and through, so controlling her temper is not her thing. I really hope no part of the story makes you unhappy--though if it involves Draco's unmasking Ginny, then prepare a punching-bag or box of Kleenex. I am very flattered you find this well written. Thank you.

I can't wait to see what Blasie finds out! Love the chapter! I wish you had entered the competition, then i could read the whole thing! giggles. How many chapters will there be? I can't wait to read more!

Author's Response: Oh Blaise is going to find wayyyyy too much for Ginny's own good. As to entering the competition, it would have been a hard feat, considering that I had one chapter, maybe two, written by the time the deadline rolled by. I have absolutely no idea how many chapters there will be. So far it looks like twenty could be a reasonable estimate. Then again, when I began this, I expected it to be ten chaps... So, we'll see! Thanks for the review :)

Write more! I can't wait to see where this story is going.

Author's Response: I am in the process of doing just that... Though if my beta-reader and D&G.com keep responding at this pace, I'll soon be out of material! Heck, I thought I had a few days ahead of me, lol. Thank you for reviewing so frequently!

She is slipping. I can tell that.

And one thing I really like in this fic is the quantity of references. Shows that you have done your homework. ^^

You didn't answer my question in the other review: any Brazilian friends? How can you possibly know about brigadeiros? And more, how do you know how to make them? Puzzles me. I won't give my secret recipe if you keep me wondering. ^~

Author's Response: Eh? I thought I had responded... My bad. My baby-sitter was Brazilian, and the fact that she's become more like a sister to me definitely helped me get acquainted with Brazilian culture. She taught me how to make brigadeiros (though I have a hard time pronouncing the word). Thanks for the review. She is slipping, indeed... Faster and faster, in fact. As to references, research is something I like. Too much, perhaps... ;) [can I have the secret recipe now? pleeease]

*chuckles at "shouts of 'kill the kiwis'"*
As always, eagerly awaiting the next chapter!

Author's Response: (don't know where that came from... I must have lacked some sleep to imagine such a terrible threat) Thanks for your review :) I hope not to keep you waiting (I hope to not keep you waiting... errr... whatever I mean)

Yet another brilliant installment...

Love the chapter. Maybe it'll be Wood who confronts Ginny. Can't wait to read more!

Author's Response: What would be in it for Wood? On the other hand, what would be in it for Draco to confront Wood? (hahahaaa... I can't keep my mouth shut, can I...) The next chapters might come out in a little bit, but they'll be worth it, I promise >:) (But why, oh why?) Thanks for your numerous reviews ;)

Great update. Cant wait to read more. Its going to be interesting where you take this story. Please update soon!

Author's Response: Thank you very much. I'll do my best to be worthy of your expectations.

Oh, it's always a joy to read your work! Though, I can scarcely picture Padma Patil as Minister. I loved the emotion you displayed in your last…excerpt of the past, per say. The idea of wandless magic was a great tip-off for readers to feel her fury. Great job! Keep up the good work!
Thanxxx, Isabelle

Author's Response: Thank you :) I'm glad you enjoyed the wandless magic, though the idea is far from being original. As to Padma Patil, I figured she had the profile. A brilliant, determined witch that I just had to assume was pure-blood... The only problem was her age, but I figured it would be all the more commendable if she could go past this limit. Hopefully I can make her more believable, should she come up in the following chapters (note to self: validate Patil). Again, I appreciate the review, very, very much.

I am officially entranced by this story [: Very, very original and creative. Finally - something that sticks out! I am thoroughly addicted and am always excited when you update [: You have a lot of talent, and I hope to read more great things from you in the future :D Love it, love it, love it.

Author's Response: Oh wow... Thank you! Your review is very encouraging (it might push me out of my early D/G fiction retirement, planned at the end of this fic!) I'm glad you're enjoying this :) Stay tuned for more (hopefully coming up soon...)

The plot seems to be thickening. I like that we are starting to see more of different points of view--especially Draco's suspicion. I'm looking forward to seeing how everything plays out.

Author's Response: I find Draco's point of view hard to illustrate precisely because its strength lies in its secrecy. Hopefully I'm not butchering him too much. I'm glad to see the thickening of the plot keeps your intrigued. Thank you for your review :)

Ouch. Ginervra is revealing too much to Draco. Sooner or later he will realize who his wife truely is. I really thought she hit too close to home this time. Good on my behlaf, but bold on hers. Please update soon. Thanxxx

Author's Response: Unfortunately I don't think she wanted to hit that close to home... After all, she hadn't realized the day was almost over and her "beloved" husband would be back from work. What an error... Too bad Draco is going to push her until her gets her to make that final, revealing error! Thanks a lot for your review!

Update soon. I can't believe that Draco was responsible for her families death.

Author's Response: I know, that sucks, doesn't it. Kind of explains why she'd go after him though...

Another great chapter! Am extremely curious about Ginny and reaction (greed?) and of course how the plot will evolve in the future. Keep up the great work! Can't wait for the next update!!!

Author's Response: I thought that greed is not necessarily related to money. Being greedy of knowledge, of revenge? That's what I wanted to communicate. I apologize if I messed up. Thank you very much for the review. Hope you enjoy the rest!

Ok... First "Fernando de Noronha" (note spelling ;D ) then, "Brigadeiro trees"... You surely have met some Brazilian people around... Just the thought of "Brigadeiro trees" made my mouth water. And, hey! Did you know there's a way of making them using a microwave? My special secret recipe! ^^

Author's Response: No wayyyy... IN THE MICROWAVE? How much for that recipe??? (Not that spending a half-hour by the stove isn't a pain, but...) Shoot did I misspell Fernando de Noronha? You'd think that having been there I would know how to write it. My bad. :/
