My first thought is that I hope Hermione doesn’t go on feeling obligated to him, even the little bit that she seems to. I’m afraid she’s going to wind up resenting him for something that he sees he really didn’t have a choice in either. Kinda backwards, huh, for her to resent him in a roundabout way for saving her life? But I can see it happening. If she keeps doing things because she feels that after the ‘sacrifice’ he’s making, she shouldn’t be arguing, eventually I fear she’ll blame him for it for ‘making her feel she owed him something.’ These situations are difficult enough without throwing in human nature… You do such a good job of presenting situations as how they would really happen, and you are quite talented at writing the how the characters would truly react. I love that.
Good Lord, Ginny was being silly. If she wasn’t in the mood and wasn’t feeling the chemistry, all she had to do was let him kiss her, and it wouldn’t have taken much. Sheesh… I hope he makes her work for it next time. He’s right; nobody needs to be treated like that.
And Hermione and Severus: I was glad it went okay for them, but, oh, the things people assume when they are insecure…

Ouch. I feel bad for Draco. A lot. Ouch. But I am impressed with Hermione - if only she wouldn't overthink everything Snape does. - but I suppose that's just in her nature, isn't it?
Anyway - fabulous chapter.
Author's Response: I know, I felt bad for both Draco and Ginny. I could see both sides. Yeah, Hermione does over think but too, she thinks she knows him when actually she only knows him as a student would a teacher, not as a woman would a man. Glad you liked it!

Author's Response: LOL Thanks blissfulxsin! Yes, to an extent Ginny was harsh but remember, she is a virgin who has loved one man since before she'd even started Hogwarts. Added to that, she'd hated Draco during that whole time. Now she suddenly has to have sex with him and her heart is not in it. It confused her when he wanted to be romantic and she didnt know how to react, so she lashed out. And don't forget, in the back of her mind, she knows she will die if she does not do this. Its a lot for one person to have to deal with! ;-)

Wow, I liked how you had them have diffrent reactions to all that happend in this chapter. Ron and Harry need to think about all this hard, I am sure that they would want the girls to live. Any way Draco and Ginny need to get a move on, time is ticking for her!! This was a nice follow up! It was a little rushed, but at least Snape and Hermione can slow things down a bit.. : ) I love how Draco/Ginny's experience was completely different, and it wasn't so smoothe. i find your Draco a bit OC. I realize he is just trying to make her happy, but I think you should put a little more edginess to him...you're a great writer so I know you can do it. The Snape/Hermione scene was very well written and had the perfect balance between nice and uncomfortable! I mean both couples hardly know anything about each other! I look forward to the next chapter!!

I really liked this chapter. I enjoyed seeing the conncection between Hermione and Snape. I wish that Ginny would have been more appreciative of what Draco was doing for her but I can understand her reaction to him., but they better work it out soon or Ginny's done for.
