Well. I didn't see that. Great chapter. Is it sad that I like that she got beat up? It could be a way for them (Draco and her Brothers) to get closer together. I cannot wait to see what happens to Tracey. Hopefully a beat down of epic proportions. I really enjoy reading this. Its very well written and thought out. Happy writing. :)

Author's Response: I'm not sure it's sad that you liked it, a bit saddistic maybe. But in a way, it is kind of a good thing, which makes me just as bad if not worst because I wrote it. Oh and Tracey won't know what's coming to her...I can't wait.

Ouch. As much as I despise the hateful words they said to one another, it was a very realistic argument and for that, I commend you for writing such a well-written story.

I wonder what it'll take for Draco and Ginny to be on better terms again? Help from their mutual friends, perhaps?

Author's Response: Thank you, it was difficult. I mean I am all for the fluffy go straight to the shagging bit. But then it wouldn't be as good when, and if, they do ever get around to the shagging and the kissing...first kissing. Well, I suppose they'll have to talk to each other first...baby steps.

Ohhhh you're so evil. Thanks for the quick update, but now I need (not want) another update. It ended so sad. I'm feeling for both D & G right now. Ginny went through hell after she thought her baby had died; blaming herself, having no one to share her pain with-not even her family. But I see Draco's side too. I'm sure his parents reminded him constantly about his mistake- "He keeps ranting on and on about some mistake Father made while in school." And not to mention having to listen to people talk sh** about his daughter being born out of wedlock. And his pride.... come on, we may think he's being a prat but his arrogance and pride is one of the things we (I) love about him. And I've known women to voice the same feelings as he is, even so far as having to deal with a crying baby 24hour a day. You did a fantastic job on this chapter. The emotions were so real and raw. My one consolation is that Draco won't be sleeping any better than I will. If he was much a cold-hearted b&stard as he's pretending to be, he wouldn't have kept a picture of Ginny to tell Serena about her; or at least that's what I think.

Author's Response: You're correct on the being evil and loving Draco for his arrogance and pride. And yes, Draco is well within his rights to let out a little bit of his anger as is Ginny, more sadness on her part. And as for Draco being a bastard, well, we all know he's a big bunny on the inside, kidding. But I'm sure he didn't sleep too fantastic...

With the mental, emotional and physical state Ginny was in after the birth and beyond, I must say I would have easily hit Draco in the face during his outbursts here. Seriously, broken a nose, busted a lip or bruised an eye (heck all 3). I agree with Draco that he has had 'hardships', but it doesn't come close to Ginny's anguished, fragile state of mind with everything involved.

I think she needs to tell Draco that she is taking Serena for a vacation, just the 2 of them, for awhile. Give him time to reflect on the situation; really give them all time to do that.

Great chapter! Made me cry....again. :)

Author's Response: If it helps, Draco will get one of those things very soon. I assure you. And they both have valid points (Ginny's more than Draco's) and they will both, hopefully, otherwise this story would be rather pointless, get over their issues. Or at the very least agree to disagree. Although, I am with you on this one. Draco needs to be a bit more sympathetic. Sorry for making you cry...again. In my defense, well, there's really nothing to say there. So, sorry. =]

i'm with ginny on this one. i totally understand that draco's mad because he had to raise serena all be herself but it wasn't like ginny ditched her, ginny wanted her baby and ginny was practically destroyed because she thought that she lost her. so honestly, draco needs to cool the heck off. like right now.

Serena is an adorable child... you really bring her to life. I'm glad you updated so quickly, I do love to follow a good story! I'm looking forward to seeing just how you bring Draco and Ginny together!

Author's Response: Thank you. Serena is this spunky little thing with an honest heart. She's there to be on both Draco's side and Ginny's side, rather than one. In my eyes, Serena is supposed to, in a way, prove how reformed the Malfoys have become because of the way they grew her. That is one of my main intentions for her character. Another one is because she's just cute.
