u almost had me there for a minute. when draco pitched his hissy fit i thought u were gonna hold me out for another chapter or two [that would have killed me, let me tell u] ;but im glad it happened. now i can breathe a bit easier. they can be happy now, at least until the trio find out. but at least they have a place where they can be together alone, and they have a private way to communicate. great chapter, looking forward to the next one *holds breath in anticipation*

Author's Response: Haha, it's a reference to something he said earlier in the story. When he told Ginny that he couldn't date Daphne because no self respecting Slytherin dates below his year. Ginny is below his year :P Hopefully it makes sense now.
Yay that they kiss...but like Draco had felt, and like you have said in end notes, the next chapter(s) wont be easy for them :( I dont know why Ginny still hanging on with H when she KNOW she is in love with Draco?! Didnt she said she is a love expert since she was 11?

To begin, I really liked this break-up. It was awkward and sad but ended up becoming mutual. To summarise: it was believable. I hate fics where Ginny crushes Harry or Harry is a whinging git. This was the right way to break up. Me likes, Meg. *nods*
I am also happy that you didn't have Draco and Ginny immediately get together -- you had to make Draco jealous first! Lol, nice. And the fact that you brought the journal back made me squirm in my seat and giggle. *nods emphatically*
The arguing leading up to the kissing scene was perfect, and the last line: “I’ve decided against being a self-respecting Slytherin.” -- Hehe, perfect!
