LOVE this chapter! This is exactly the kind of "should have been in canon" thing I've never been any good at writing, so I truly admire those who can do it. The action sequences are thrilling, and the dilemma is believable and nail-biting. (Note to self: stop biting nails.) I can definitely see that Draco and Ginny would bond further over this.

Another fast update? Oh, you're spoiling us! Haha. SLIIIIIIIIIME!! I did NOT see that coming! Very original and not at all clichéd. Brownie points for that. :) So good to see the Squad working as a team, people should start putting a little more faith on them. Maybe someday, when they stop thinking and feeling that their past defines them, they'll be able to cast a real Patronus. That would be nice, and I'd love to see Draco's Patronus! :) Wishing Blaise a speedy recovery. The Squad obviously needs him back, asap! :D

That slime scene. Perfection. Your imagery was spot on! Loved the scene between Draco and Ginny at the end as well. Hehehe I like that he's becoming more and more comfortable with her :) Also, yay for a speedy update this week!

I'm getting terribly annoyed with Harry and Hermione. Nothing ever pleases them. I really like the idea of that slime defense. Very cool.
