It had been six months since Ginny and Malfoy had set off to Brazil to track down alleged dark activity deep within the Amazon Rainforest. Over three months since anyone had had contact with them. Mrs. Weasley had been frantic upon learning that no one had heard from her baby in a month, but the Ministry had assured everyone that they were trained Aurors and the best in their field, and that they were probably lying low and trying not to draw attention to themselves. I must admit, I didn't think the story would be very interesting when I read the summary, and was hesitant when I clicked on the title. It's never felt so good to be proved wrong. It's been a while since I've found a recent D/G fic that's caught my eye, but yours has done the trick. I love how the writing just flows and captivates, and the plot leaves you intrigued and wanting to know more. I'm very glad I gave this a chance, and I can't wait until you update again :) I do hope I haven't gotten sucked into one of the many stories that haven't seen an update in years or are left abandoned, though... That would be a pity!

It's been years since I abandoned D/G fanfics and fanfiction in general, and out of pure curiosity I decided to venture into my past and see if there was anything I could dig up for old time's sake.
What a nice surprise it is to see that there are still fics just as charming and well-written as a few years back.
I'm enjoying your story quite a lot and definitely hope to see more of it... It'd be a shame for a story with potential to end up as another one of many works in progress on this site. I do hope you keep writing!
