Who knew happily-ever-after could have an expiration date? New beginnings are hard, but when they happen in the middle of your life, they're infinitely more so.Category: Works in Progress
Would still love to see this finished or updated.
Either Dumbledore’s assignment of Draco and Ginny as Potions study partners was perfectly innocent, or it’s all part of Voldemort’s cunning plan to spread nastiness, evil, and complete and utter un-niceness over all of Hogwarts by getting his sinister junior Death Eater heir-to-darkness a shagging partner to perk up the apocalypse to come. Ron is convinced it’s the latter, especially once he learns the shocking truth about Ginny’s cherry pie, Draco’s remarkably long, hard stick, and the Undershorts of Evil. This fic is COMPLETE!Category: Long and Completed
Have those doctors caught up with you yet Anise, because its about time. Really hilarious. Made me actually want some cherry pie.
Ginny is a reporter for the Daily Prophet and needs an interesting story to get her onto the front page. Draco Malfoy, serving a life sentence in Azkaban, is suddenly up for re-trial. Could this be Ginny's big break? Or could it lead her on a path of lies, betrayal and revenge?Category: Works in Progress
I'm really excited. Fics like these are always my favorites.
Author's Response: Thanks for reviewing. Just letting me know that your are excited about this story makes me feel all giddy inside, since I feel the exact same way! :D
COMPLETE! Sequel to The Enemy of Souls. Draco Malfoy has a problem: his life has become unrecognizable. He’s willingly helping a Mudblood. He lives in a Muggle apartment. And he’s constantly forced to make nice with the biggest bunch of blood traitors around. The source of his problems? Ginny Weasley, the witch he’s possibly in love with. Which makes the secret he’s keeping from her his biggest problem of all—because this secret could ruin his relationship with Ginny forever. And he’s not the only one with a secret…Category: Long and Completed
I got so excited when I saw you updated. Can't wait for more.
I'm going crazy! Love it.
I have no idea how this can end well.
I don't have any words. I just want to read more and more.
Draco springs Ginny from women's prison, but will she ride in his aqua-blue Cadillac? And why is he using so much Miracle Whip? Watch out for that rat poison, not to mention the nine-inch heels... Utter crackfic (more or less) inspired by the longer video for Lady Gaga/Beyonce's *Telephone*.Category: Completed Short Stories
Absolutely hilarious. Can't believe there is product placement in our dreams now.
Author's Response: Thanks! Well, actually... that was based on the product placement in the video, which stuck in my mind.
Every war has different sides, but that doesn't mean there's no common ground.Category: Completed Short Stories
It was absolutely perfect. I love how they connected because of Tom, and especially how much she understands him. I would love it if you would expand it further.
One of my favorite parts:
There was something wrong in the way he looked around, like someone who wants to hide what they know, who doesn’t want to admit what happened, or what exactly he’s doing.
She knew that feeling way too well. She could feel her skin shivering just watching his sly glances, the way he tried to pretend that everything was still perfectly well.
When her family perished in the great wizarding war, Ginny turned her back on the magical community and eeked out a life for herself in the muggle world. Struggling to make ends meet, Ginny seeks to escape her hum-drum life and a throwaway comment from Draco galvanises her into action. Afraid of losing her, Draco intervenes and nothing ends up going to plan.Category: Works in Progress
I literally re-read this story yesterday and hoped you would update and then BAM here it is! Looking forward to more.
I agree with Nutmeg44, continue Refraction!
When a case of workplace sexual harassment leaves Ginny in a truly desperate state, the natural thing to do is to convince Draco Malfoy to pretend to be her boyfriend. Naturally.Category: Works in ProgressWritten for SunnyStorms in The DG Forum's 2015 Winter Fic Exchange.
I definitely have mixed feelings about this one. I guess I just don't understand why Ginny would be okay with Draco bringing up such a personal topic in front of a group. I don't believe she would just tell everyone what happened. Anyway, the rest of it was great, especially the constellation scene.
Author's Response: I completely understand the mixed feelings!
I felt it was important to include that conversation about the CoS because that was how Ginny showed her willingness to let Draco and the people he considers his family (maybe his dysfunctional family, but important to him all the same) see a side of her that she doesn't normally show people or talk about. Sure, she could have said, "Nah, that's none of your business," or "Maybe later, when we can have a private conversation," but she chose to tell all of them about it, partially because she really thought they already knew but mostly because she recognized that Draco needed her to be brought down to their level. They had all revealed something ugly about themselves or about their relationships. The fact that Da, A, P, T, and Dr had all been friends for years but had never voiced these issues was significant, because they're not *comfortable* voicing those emotional weaknesses. But it all came out anyway, and in front of outsiders (Ginny and Harry), so to make herself part of the group (emotionally at least), to show the Slytherins that she could be trusted with their secrets, Ginny shared an uncomfortable secret with them, too. If she hadn't, they all would have resented her for being present to hear them air their dirty laundry. That's why she didn't get upset with Draco, because she knew why he was doing it, and that's why she decided to tell them.
But even though Ginny thinks about the CoS and Tom a lot, she's mostly moved on from it. She thinks about what happened, but she's not haunted by it. She even jokes with Draco about it in chapter two. She's the one who mentions the possession at dinner, as an explanation for why she felt like she couldn't tell her family about Jason Junker, but at the end of the chapter, she's teasing Draco and implies she will explain it to him eventually. It was important to me that they have that conversation in this story, because it's another way that Draco and Ginny are similar. They've both been tormented by Voldemort. They've both been controlled by him. But it was also important for Pansy and Co. to hear it, too, so they wouldn't underestimate her.
Draco will also have some thoughts about what she told them in his next chapter. If the scene still doesn't work for you, though, it just doesn't, and I'm sorry that part didn't hit the mark. I'm really glad you enjoyed the rest of the chapter though. :) I like the star-gazing scene more every time I read it! Thank you so much for reading and leaving your thoughts!
I feel like a starving man, yet I'm only getting breadcrumbs. Ginny never even got to talk to Draco about what she really wanted him to know (I'm assuming the Junker business). Also, I love that he's a virgin ;)
Author's Response: No, she certainly didn't... I wonder how her omission of the subject of Junker will come into play in future chapters...? ;) I'm a fan of Draco as the Slytherin Sex God, don't get me wrong, but let's be real here. I think he's more likely to be a virgin than a player. This may be the first time his virginity is brought up in this story, but it won't be the last! Thank you for reading/reviewing!!
Hermione seeing that picture of "Jason Junker's junk" and thinking it was Draco's killed me. Definitely makes up for the wait.
Author's Response: *cackles* What a horrifying thought for her to have. XD Thanks for reading!
It’s been just over ten years since the Battle of Hogwarts. Society has moved on but not in the utopic way everyone assumed it would. For Ginny Weasley, however, everything is going great until a season-ending fall derails her Quidditch career and forces her to reevaluate her life. It also forces her to realize that there’s more to Draco Malfoy than she ever thought—something Luna has been telling her for the past six years… This is what happens when Slytherins find themselves filling the roles of Gryffindors, Ravenclaws rule the art world, and Weasleys are unable to use magic—or at least, one Weasley can’t.Category: Works in Progress
Smash, 100% smash.
Author's Response: :D
I loved Glenn Hansard in "Once" and this song totally fits the emotions of how Gin must think of Draco. Loving it
Author's Response: Thanks! And I always forget that the Glenn Hansard in Once is the same as the one on the radio... I don't know why...
I just found your art over on Deviant Art and it would be totally awesome if you could draw something for this fic... maybe one of them snuggling on the couch. Gosh I'm just so obsessed with these two and your art is really fun and whimsical.
Author's Response: Thanks! I've actually got a bunch of sketches of them in my book (including a comic strip and one of them on the couch!), but I'm not sure when I'll get them finished. I've got about 5 years worth of sketches sitting there waiting to get coloured... Though one of the D/G ones is definitely on the top of the pile. :D
Where are you TinyQ? We need you.

Dare I ask for more? Just please update The Dating Charade and I won't beg you to continue this one (though you should continue this one...)
Author's Response: Hahahaha!! Okay, I'll get to working on TDC now. XD I've been having some trouble with the next chapter, but hopefully I'll have a breakthrough soon! Thank you for reading and I'm glad you liked this story enough to ask for a continuation!
Successful business mogul Draco Malfoy has nothing on his wish list for Christmas - he already has it all. That is, until someone reminds him of what he gave up long ago to get there. Based on the movie of the same name.Category: Long and Completed
I suppose you meant you'd be done by Christmas 2017, hahaha.
Author's Response: Indeed it's looking that way! Hopefully not quite that bad :) Though you never know with technical issues and inspiration conspiring against you...
