Trying to escape the pain of her daughter's death, Ginny runs to Pennsylvania to start anew. Almost six years later, a man from her past walks back into her life, reopening old wounds and setting in motion a journey of discovery, sorrow, and joy.Category: Long and Completed
This brought tears to my eyes, it did. As a mother myself, I would be livid and upset and frustrated with Molly and probably Draco too, even if it wasn't his fault. -sniff-
Author's Response: As would I, though, I'm not a mother. I'm an aunt. I suppose it counts in some way as I think of my niece as a daughter I won't have for now.
With the mental, emotional and physical state Ginny was in after the birth and beyond, I must say I would have easily hit Draco in the face during his outbursts here. Seriously, broken a nose, busted a lip or bruised an eye (heck all 3). I agree with Draco that he has had 'hardships', but it doesn't come close to Ginny's anguished, fragile state of mind with everything involved.
I think she needs to tell Draco that she is taking Serena for a vacation, just the 2 of them, for awhile. Give him time to reflect on the situation; really give them all time to do that.
Great chapter! Made me cry....again. :)
Author's Response: If it helps, Draco will get one of those things very soon. I assure you. And they both have valid points (Ginny's more than Draco's) and they will both, hopefully, otherwise this story would be rather pointless, get over their issues. Or at the very least agree to disagree. Although, I am with you on this one. Draco needs to be a bit more sympathetic.
Sorry for making you cry...again. In my defense, well, there's really nothing to say there. So, sorry. =]
"But there they were four Weasley men, one Potter, two Malfoys, a Zabini, and a Nott, gathering together for one cause."
You don't see that line often, now do we? Lol! I admit the last few chapters have thrown me off a bit. But I enjoyed this one. And I like that Draco isn't all ga-ga over Gin quite yet. Building the 'ship is more interesting. And I LURV LURV Pansy and Ron. Who knew that would happen? :)
Author's Response: Sorry if the last few chapters were up to par but I'm glad you liked this last one. Hopefully, you will like the rest.
Draco and Ginny: best of friends forever. At least in Ginny's part. Draco has been in love with her and certainly does not want to remain just a best friend forever. When Ginny kisses Draco on the lips, which she claims an accident, her perception of her childhood friend would forever be changed.Category: Works in Progress
I already had this on story alert on ff.net. Please update soon!
Author's Response: I'll update it as soon as my beta sends it back.
Ginny takes out her Malfoy-derived frustrations on paper. The said Slytherin finds them. Trouble ensues.Category: Completed Short Stories
Cute fic! I agree that they are in character. Any chance you will add an epilogue chappie to this? :)
Author's Response: Thanks! I haven't really thought about extending this, actually. I suppose it does have potential for some more flirtatious banter...hmmm.
When Ginny wins a bottle of Felix Felicis strange things happen. (This is set in Hogwarts era, but it's AU. We'll assume Slughorn still works there.)Category: Works in Progress
I really want to see how Draco gets back at her. Looking forward to more!
Hahahahahahahaha! I loved loved loved it! Made me giggle lots. Why haven't we seen this before; where Draco becomes a dragon and hordes his 'treasure'??? Brilliant and funny. Snape was great too. Hmmm, any chance we can see a picture of Dragon-Draco and his Ginny? Anxiously awaiting more....
Awwwww! Cute, possessive Draco. Where can I get one?
Re-reading the story, it hits me just how you LOVE to diddle with Snape. He always gets the good lines. Now if only we could get Alan R. to act them out (and I wouldn't mind Bonnie and Tom either). Heehee
Hmmm, quite a bit possessive and stalker-ish, yeah. BUT romantic and exciting just the same! Update soon!
Dun dun dunnnnnnn! Poor Gin; maybe Draco is faking it? Can't wait to see what happens next!
A chubby Draco and the physical trainer from hell. What more can I say? A D/G twist on dieting and an ending sweeter than candy floss. Enjoy. :)Category: Long and Completed
An overweight Draco...love it! Go Ginny! Can't wait to see what happens next.
Author's Response: Much to come. I almost feel sorry for him... almost. No, not really. lol. Thanks so much for the feedback!
It’s a well known fact that Luna Lovegood believes in many ridiculous theories, such as the existence of strange creatures that nobody else seems to be able to see. But when one of those creatures comes to life before her very eyes, a new quest is formed, and she sets to work trying to discover what to do along with two very unenthusiastic people: Ginny Weasley and Draco Malfoy.Category: Completed Short Stories
Oh my, this is SO cute! A great way to wake up in the morning. And I don't think it's a cheesy ending....it fits!
“You mustn’t tell them, Rose! Harry knows but Lily and the boys… you can’t breathe a word…”Category: Works in Progress
When Rose Weasley went to her favorite aunt for advice on how to handle loving someone her family disapproved of, she never dreamed the older woman would have been able to relate so well. In the comfortable safety of her kitchen, Ginevra Potter told her niece everything and swore her to secrecy. But months later, when Ginevra notices that her daughter, Lily, is spending time with Scorpius Malfoy, Ginny realizes too late that the truth can never really be locked away. Children question their parents and their own identities and everyone must confront the past.
Oh my this is so good. My heart hurts for D and G and for Lily too. Can't wait to see what happens next.
Author's Response: Thank you so much!
Ha! I had to laugh at Ginny. Love the chapter!
Author's Response: Good, I'm glad you liked it! ;) I love laughing at Gin too, honestly that's how I'd handle my children... 'how dare you be so dumb' sort of a thing. Thanks for the review!
This is exciting! Ginny and her two men and Scorp between two women. It's all about the choices we make and living with those choices. Very anxious to see what happens next.
Author's Response: Thanks! I'm anxious to see what everyone thinks ;)
Love this chapter; I was thinking about it all day. Very emotional, but I certainly don't feel the finality of their relationship. Can't wait for more!
Author's Response: Ah, that's because its not the finality of their relationship. Promise. ;) Thanks for your review!
OMG!...sniff sniff..... Update soon!
Author's Response: Soon as I can! ;) Which will probably be in like a week, lol
This chapter was very well done, very lovely. Can't wait to see how you play this next chapter out. Part of me, the part that is a huge D/G shipper, wants them to end up together, everyone else be damned. BUT, the other part of me, wants them to come together for this, and then move on to the future with their respective spouses and families, feeling stronger and more at peace with what happened with them in the past. Or they could have a silly affair...but that doesn't fit this story IMHO...lol!!
Author's Response: Ah yes, the many different ways to end the story... They plague me at times. *long-suffering sigh* We'll see where it goes ;) Thanks for your review and the next chapter is now up surprise! I know, it astounds me too!
Ok, so now all of us will give you permission to hurt that good for nothing Harry. I kind of figured he did something like this to get Ginny to leave Draco. You played it out very well! Can't wait for the next update!
Author's Response: Thank you! I'll try and get the next one out soon as possible!
How heartbreaking and sad! Oh my....angst and just more angst. This is the type of story that I may not be able to read all at one sitting. Wow. I better go find a happy, fluffy story to end my day with....lol!
Author's Response: I'll try to give it a semi-happy ending to make up for it ;) Thanks for your review!
Here’s the thing about love; no one ever tells you the truth. They don’t want to ruin whatever childhood fantasies you’re going to concoct up in that ‘pretty little head of yours.’ No, no, see, they’re all much more sadistic then that. They would rather you find out later that all the dreaming you did was for nothing. Then that way, you can be just like them, and suffer.Category: Completed Short Stories
LOVE the last lines. Gleeeeee....
Author's Response: Lol I'm happy it made you laugh!
This isn’t a fairy tale that ends happily ever after; at least not for me. You see, this is the story of how I, Harry James Potter, learned to let her go.Category: Completed Short Stories
This was beautiful! Really well written too.
Author's Response: Aw, thank you! :D
Draco can’t stand the reporter for Quidditch World Weekly. She grates on his every nerve, until she’s gone.Category: Completed Short Stories
I enjoyed reading this! Very cute.
Ginny Weasley is absolutely sure that Draco Malfoy is hatching a particularly evil plot as junior head of the Ministry Department of Culture, and that it definitely involves puppy-strangling, bribing officials, and consistently wearing trousers tailored very tight in back. Or at least it's a theory that makes sense when she's been surviving on two hours of sleep a night for far too long, and Draco keeps vetoing her sketches for the new marble statues at the Ministry fountain. But then Luna Lovegood gives her a potion with some very curious effects, and Ginny finds that she just may have to revise her opinions about those evil trousers...Category: Works in Progress
Coffee break....hahahaha! These last two chapters have been like foreplay. Ready for the secks now.
