Hello, Im SniperTeamTango (I will respond to STT or Sniper)
I think I'm one of the last male D/G readers around. No fear here though. I haven't really progressed on any fic since 2009, but everything I've written hasn't been up to scratch in my own opinion. School's been cutting my time short too. Glad to be back though!
Draco forces Ginny to reevaluate her opinion of a certain red-and-white holiday with a simple gesture.Category: Completed Short Stories
Cute, fluffy, simple, no real purpose other than to amuse myself and others.
He hee heh.
That was good Tam, I will so be back on the aformentioned day as well.
Based around the song by Snow Patrol. It's desperately sad about a couple that only wants to be together.Category: Completed Short Stories
That was incredible, I loved how so much emotion was conveyed with so little dialogue.
Were you demanding a clear ending to 'Interlude'? Then this is what you wanted.Category: Completed Short Stories
*I cant resist dog eyes now can I?*
I am so happy you wrote the ending, I was freaking out when I thought that the ending would be that open-to-interpretation. I will be back to read again.
STT WAS HERE
A simple game in the Gryffindor tower turns into a complex heist, but in the end, whose heart will be stolen? DG with just a smidgen of BZLL on the side. Written hurriedly for Pud’s Great Draco & Ginny Fic Contest 2007. Crossposted at Fanfiction.net.Category: Long and Completed
I love where this is going.
STT is still HERE
That was AWESOME! Sneaky, intricate, and different.
Also, "Haha, Draco thought. I totally called that one." Just simply love that.
STT was HERE
"Her face should not have stood out in his memory; she was just another victim, a nameless face. But he knew her face and he knew her name and he knew that an innocent like her wouldn’t survive the night."Category: Completed Short Stories
After you reply to one of my reviews, I go and check everything else you post, I am so damn glad you saw it, because now I have read this.
STT, as always, is grateful for great reads.
Selling herself into a marriage contract, Ginny finds herself playing a deadly game, ultimately pitting her husband against her lover and a father against his son. Many twists and turns, depth and evil characters - and a long story of sweet and true love.Category: Long and CompletedNew! Epilogue is up! Yes, I know, the story has been "complete" for a couple of years, but this ending has been partially written for a long time and it ties up some loose ends.
This has been without a doubt the most emotionally compelling fic I have ever read. Your characterizations and relay of emotions and thoughts is simply astounding. I'm very glad I started this before it was completed, watching it develop and anxiously awaiting the update emails. Exceptional Job over all, G :)
STT
Author's Response: I am humbled by your lovely words. Thank you very much. I agree that sometimes it is a lot of fun to look forward to the next chapter in a fic, kind of like watching a tv series and waiting for the next episode. I so wanted to keep updates more frequent, but unfortunately, life happens. Thank you so much for sticking with the story, and thanks so much for letting me know you enjoyed it.
Best wishes!
-G
The morning after she married Draco Malfoy, Ginny reflects on the love and tears that led to this moment of now and forever.Category: Completed Short Stories
For you're first fic you did one hell of an amazing job!
I will be back to read this.
STT
One-shot in which Lucius Malfoy must wrestle with his absent conscience concerning an upcoming attack on the Weasley family, thinking of one girl in particular and her relationship with his son. Ignoring his wife's threat that Ginny's death would destroy his only son, Lucius follows his orders and must face the consequences of his decision.Category: Completed Short Stories
Amazing read! Will be back for sure.
STT
Trying to escape the pain of her daughter's death, Ginny runs to Pennsylvania to start anew. Almost six years later, a man from her past walks back into her life, reopening old wounds and setting in motion a journey of discovery, sorrow, and joy.Category: Long and Completed
I am honestly bothered by the fact that I never reviewed this. Coulda sworn I had. Must correct this. Read it through twice now, once in 09-10 and now in 2012. It was amazing then, and it's more amazing now. It's honestly awesome to read this again having matured some what and appreciating all the nuances of it. All the interactions, the love and lust, the fighting, it all felt so real. So engaging and enveloping. The plotline is just so wonderful it almost feels unfinished even though it is. There's a yearning for more even. Just overall fantastic.
Ginny takes out her Malfoy-derived frustrations on paper. The said Slytherin finds them. Trouble ensues.Category: Completed Short Stories
Love it, its that simple.
Author's Response: Thanks!
They looked perfect, too perfect. To the casual passerby, it may have looked as though a master craftsman had merely left two, lifelike statues lying in the snow - AU, Ron contemplates two of Wars casualties. Implied DG, rated for character death.Category: Completed Short Stories
(Im not a big fan of character death fics, that being said, on to this specific story)
That was epic, you know how to manipulate peoples emotions exactly the way you want too, Loved it.
Btw,Quirky Vixen nailed it. And you need to write more, you have the skills for it.
STT
Oh sorry, If you have a lot written please start POSTIN'!!
Author's Response: Thank you, for both comments! I've just submitted a humorous oneshot, which will hopefully be validated! Thanks for taking the tiem to review! MTL
“Let go!” I wail, pulling back from him with a frustrated cry. “I’ve got detention with Carrow and I can’t be late! Please just let go of me!”Category: Long and CompletedHe immediately releases me, his expression suddenly darkening. “Oh.” It’s all he can say. We both know what those detentions really are.
Ginny Weasley’s sixth year at Hogwarts is not at all what she expected. Harry’s gone to do something dangerous again, Death Eaters are teachers, and the cruciatus curse is a favorite punishment for misbehaving students… and blood-traitors. Dark but humorous, riddled with both angst and fluff, the events of Deathly Hallows told from Ginny’s point of view without the epilogue.
Written for jessicakmalfoy. Winner of Best Overall of the 2009 D/G Fic Exchange and Best Portrayal of Ginny Weasley. Nominated for Best Portrayal of Draco Malfoy and Best Kiss.
Endless thanks for the beta-ing to Jaden Malfoy.
Another Homerun, for god's sake!
Fell in love with this story at around the part where Draco found her the second time. Was hooked from the start.
STT, has read yet another good fic at a ridiculous hour. (It's 2:45 am here)
Some wars never end. A dive into the past reveals how theirs began.Category: Long and Completed
Winner Best Kiss, Best Interpretation of Prompt, and Mod's Choice in the 2009 D/G Fic Exchange on LJ. Written for fallingskyes.
This was amazing Idod, will be back to read this again.
STT
So, why was Draco sitting on the unmade bed staring intently at a pair of his rolled-up black socks? The reason behind this was really very simple. It was not the socks Draco was staring at, rather it was what the socks contained that were of interest to Draco. Inside the socks was a box, and inside the box was a ring.Category: Completed Short Stories
Great story! I needed that
STT
Draco realizes that some things that are broken can never be fixed.Category: Completed Short Stories
I freakin cried oh my god. You do darkfic too well.
I haven't any more to say, short review.
A blurry eyed STT
Author's Response: *hands tissues months too late* I never meant for anyone to cry. Feel a little depressed, maybe yell at me a bit. But I hope you liked it at least, tears and all.
(Ironically I'm reading buttercup at this very moment.)
It was a pleasure to read, I reckoned the intent was to have a strong emotional effect on the reader, and you accomplished it. I couldn't yell at ya though, it seems in bad taste to yell at one's favourite authors.
He is stalking and murdering young redheaded women.Category: Long and Completed
Ok wow this was waaaaay too twisted for me. For half of it I was expecting it to be Blaise the whole time, oh man this was like watching dexter, but without the "they deserved it" factor.
STT
Author's Response: I love Dexter, so I'm assuming this is a good review and not bad, haha.
At the age of 10, Ginny was selected to attend a very elite, all-witches school. When she finishes, Voldemort has been defeated but his followers have overtaken the Ministry. Instead of getting the job she was promised, she is forced into marriage.Category: Works in Progress
I really hope this isn't dead after a year of no updates. The premise is excellent.
STT
He looked back the way he'd come, for once wishing Ginny were the sort to follow after him. One day he might not be able to find his way back to her; one day, Draco mused, he might need for her to pull him back. But would her pride allow her to?Category: Completed Short Stories
So simple yet so good. Quite enjoyable. :)
Author's Response: Thank you for reviewing. :)
The clock stood in the corner of her parlor for years. She'd never understood why her parents had chosen to give her the Weasley family heirloom as a wedding gift, but, perhaps now, its time had finally come.Category: Completed Short Stories
It's been a long time since I read something of yours and yet I remember a similar wave of emotion from the last time too. I wish I could get words around the feeling but I just, can't. Thoroughly enjoyed.
Draco springs Ginny from women's prison, but will she ride in his aqua-blue Cadillac? And why is he using so much Miracle Whip? Watch out for that rat poison, not to mention the nine-inch heels... Utter crackfic (more or less) inspired by the longer video for Lady Gaga/Beyonce's *Telephone*.Category: Completed Short Stories
That was interesting. Had a good time reading this not gonna lie. Thanks for it.
Author's Response: Thanks! :) It was so much fun to write, I had to re-read it... and there was your review.
Oh my god, I must read what this came from, right now. Where is it Anise ;)
Author's Response: Um.... it's kind of not up yet. ;) It's only about half done. But it's... um... I'm not really sure how it happened, but it's basically the most NC-17 D/G yet. MOVE ALONG HERE PEOPLE NOTHING TO SEE.
What doesn't kill you makes you stronger. Just ask Ginny Weasley and Draco Malfoy.Category: Works in Progress
Glad to see this is coming back in full tilt. Surprised you didn't do the lunch scene though.
