When I read this I thought, "that always happens!" right about ten times.
And I have one cliché to add to you list that I to call 'The Battle of the three Harrys'. (See what I did there?) This i the cliché of how Harry is in the majority of the DG fanfics.
1. Evil-Harry
Harry has absorbed Voldemort's evilness or someting like that and has himself become evil. Draco usually takes his place as the hero and Ginny's protector.
2. Jealous-Harry
Just when Ginny gets over him and begins to run about with the Slytherin Prince, Harry starts to like her and gets jealous and a bit mean when he realises he missed his chance. They always uses that phrase.
3. Friend-Harry
This is when Harry only sees Ginny as a friend. They always uses the phrase 'you're like a sister to me'.
