It's an old spell and an older oath, and Draco Malfoy would have laughed them off were he not in his present situation. Things being as they are, however, being married to Ginny Weasley might just be the answer to his problems. Pre-HBP.Category: Long and Completed
*Cheers* Yay!! I was thrilled to find this on the update list here after watching it on schnoogle and not seeing any updates. I hope you'll post there soon, but I got to finish it, so all is good. Do we get an epilogue of some sort with lots of little babies?
Eep!! I've been following this story so long. You are an really great author!! I adored this story, and I want to tell you I really loved the story.
Two and a half years after his failure to kill Albus Dumbledore, Draco has long been accepted back into the ranks of the Death Eaters. He is still obsessively searching for the rebel Ginny Weasley, but he hides that secret well. When she is found one snowy December night, he smuggles her onto the Death Eaters? train with him. And he begins to learn that nothing will ever be the same again?Category: Works in Progress
Well, I've seen this one on the recent updates list since I found this site. I never bothered reading until this because I figured it would be far too dark and such to handle. Overall, I must say I am most impressed with your talent. Skip being an 18th century author, you have the ability to write novels today. I was reading one of the earlier chapters, and I was thinking to myself that I had a feeling we wouldn't know the whole story until the very last sentance of the last chapter. I found myself lulled in to a false sense of knowledge of the characters and storyline recently. Thank you for correcting my delusions of knowledge. :) I have the most vague of speculations about the near future of the story, but I know far too little about your tendencies in writing to venture anything more detailed or long term than that. I dearly hope that you will finish this story. Keep up the awesome writing.
... I always manage to find this right after the last of the daily updates. Ahh, well, not much else to say but "keep it up!"
Ginny Weasley and Draco Malfoy have always been enemies. What will happen when they end up in a place where no one knows of their family rivalry?Category: Long and Completed
Severus?
Author's Response: Not telling...
When Ginny Weasley becomes Draco Malfoy's wife, he suspects neither her true identity nor her dangerous motives. But when all Hell breaks lose and their relationship takes unexpected turns, there is more at stake than preserving their marriage--namely, preserving their lives.Category: Long and Completed
Would it be possible for you to post a small family tree with the next chapter? I'm starting to get lost with all of the other names. It's a beautiful story, but I'm sure I'm missing parts of it by not understanding who everyone is and how they're related. Thanks!
Author's Response: I\'ll have a family tree up as soon as possible, though, quite honnestly, the family isn\'t even THAT important. I just like imagining there\'s a story behind the story, kind of like the complexities behind Dean Thomas\' character that JKRowling, so far, has been forced to leave out of her books. Just think of the Umayyads as being a bunch nof cousins, aunts, and uncles, some of them nastier than the rest, the essential ones being Cyrus and Izha. Thanks a lot for reviewing :D
Wow, I haven't seen a reference to Sea of Waking Dreams almost ever, but that's one of the earliest one's I read. Quite an intro to the D/G ship! I love this story, and I really appreciate how you're handling all of the details and information. This must be one of the best researched stories I've read in a long time. Keep up the great writing and all of the wonderful background info!!
Ginny is ready to kill whoever put magical mistletoe all over the castle. Draco finds the situation rather amusing.Category: Long and Completed
I take it this magazine is Cosmo? Lots of fun stuff in that. I've really enjoyed this story. It's hilarious, but so sweet, too. Keep up the great work!!
Author's Response: Thank you. I think it is funny that everyone recognized the magazine. I guess we all know what we have been reading. Thanks for the review.
"Perhaps it really didn't matter what he was, perhaps it just mattered that he was." Unexpected events lead to unexpected relationships. Can one person be so important to the destruction of Voldemort? Nothing happens by chance, but sometimes, life might be simpler if it did.Category: Works in Progress
Bit of a cliffie? Well, I'm most anxious to see Draco's reaction to this bit of information. You have extremely good characterizations. I love how've you've handled everyone. Draco, Ginny and Hermione are my personal favorites. There are a couple of minor mistakes cropping up (too, to and there, they're, their), but other than that, this is one of the best stories I've read. How you handle Draco's reaction really has the potential to make the story, and I'm really curious about what is going on with Snape (as briefly alluded to with the Arithmancy information).
Author's Response: Thank you for the review. I\'m afraid that I didn\'t know quite how to handle Draco for the rest of the conversation, and so I completely glossed over it and skipped to the next morning. Which frustrates me to no end, but (for the time being) seemed a better option than completely killing it with a badly written reaction.
You know how girlfriends are- they manoeuvre you into doing the stupidest things. That's how I ended up sleeping with Draco Malfoy. Sure, you could say that the actual sleeping part was my fault, but they led me down the path, damn it.Category: Long and Completed
lol, sounds like typical girl-talk thus far. I'm not terribly clear on what year they're in, but I'll assume sixth, given what they're discussing. I can't wait to get to the smut!!
Author's Response: You assume correctly- Ginny is in her sixth year, and the smut abounds now, so go ahead and dive in!
A glimpse of one night. Based on Eric Clapton's Wonderful Tonight.Category: Completed Short Stories
That is one of the songs my fiance and I claim as ours. So sweet, and relatively innocent, by comparison to most of the stuff you hear now. This story is wonderful!!
To this day, Draco Malfoy still cannot pinpoint the day when his best friend became a genius. Blaise Zabini, however, is most definitely a genius. After all, he gave Draco the best advice of his life.Category: Works in Progress
:) I should pass this one on to my boyfriend!
Author's Response: I was thinking the same thing!! :o)
