All Ginny wants is to get the upper hand just once with drool-worthy hunk of man candy and callous playboy Draco Malfoy before he moves on to his next careless conquest. So how did this simple plan lead to time travel, nefarious plots involving the most infamous whorehouse in the wizarding world, and the teenaged Draco’s achingly sweet, chocolate-flavored kisses? Even Draco Malfoy was innocent once, as Ginny learns all too well…Category: Long and Completed
Chapter ONE HUNDRED EIGHTEEN Quote of the Day:
THE LAST CHAPTER
The minutes ticked by, long enough for Ginny to know that against all reason, all common sense, she still wanted impossible things from him. But she would leave. Even after today, even when her body ached from him and for him, when she could feel that he had begun to shape her to him, she would turn around and leave him. I will, I will, she thought.
“You don’t understand,” said Draco.
“Oh?” Ginny said stiffly. “At least he hadn’t touched her, she thought. She would not be able to find the strength to pull herself away from him, and she knew it.
Oh wow... needing a very cold shower. On the actual review side- well described, not just vulgar language, but very intimate and descriptive. i can feel the tension in the story and it is entirely engrossing. looking forward to what's next.
Author's Response: Thanks! That's the effect I was going for, so it's great to know that's what you got from it. Much more coming up soon.
This is the story of what happens when husbands give their wives a hard time.Category: Long and Completed
What a GREAT chapter! I think you nailed Harry's reaction to the T. And Ginny appearing directly to the spot with Harry and Astoria is great. I hate to admit it, but it's great that Harry and the women seem to have gotten tot the same conclusion. If only Draco can get there too. Draco's reaction: not sure. I think the angry tirade would have much worse but he got it all out in the end and what comes next will be a very interesting confrontation between Harry and Draco. THAT is something I cannot wait to read. Great job.
Author's Response: Believe me, we have not yet seen Draco's full reaction just yet. There is still a ways to go, but I wanted to give everyone a little taste. :)
I do like the way this story is going. it should be interesting to get a good look at how each deals with the others life. Well written, interesting, and fun. Keep up the good work!
Author's Response: Thank you so much! I hope the rest of the story doesn't disappoint! :)
Great! the realization on everyone's part that was was right, is right, and what was wrong, well... it's no point dwelling on the past. Lots of maturity shown on all parts, which is probably no what would happen in real life, but makes this particular story work so well. The hidden resentment is a great theme that is so common in almost any relationship. You've handled it very well. Looking forward to the ending. Should be a good one!
Author's Response: I'm glad you enjoyed the chapter and thought the character reactions were good. I was so worried about how this would go over! Thanks for the review :)
Yep. That second new chapter is actually here. This fic will continue!! :)Category: Works in Progress
The sequel to Draco's Dangerous Dilemma.
Nearly two years have passed since Ginny saw Draco in a coffeeshop for the first time after the war. The two of them have been trapped in a seemingly neverending cycle of lust, betrayal, revenge, and despair ever since-- until one night of passion at the Pureblood Ball proved to them both that their bond could never be broken.
But there's a world outside the fragile love budding between the pair. And Ginny just may find out that Draco's past casts a shadow that neither of them can outrun in time to save him...
Chapter NINE Quote of the Day:
“So here’s where we are,” she said. “The sketches are ready. The clay models are done. I’m happy with them. You?”
“Very much so,” said Draco. His mouth quirked upwards. “Remember Bob Ross and his Happy Trees? I’d never have believed then that we’d reach this point, but we have.”
“We’ve come a long way since then,” said Ginny. She remembered how furious she was when she first learned that she’d be working with Draco on the fountain project, and that he’d somehow finagled his way into the Junior Minister of Art position. How snippy and cold she’d tried to be to him; how snarky he’d been to her in return. How exhausted he’d always looked, too, and how much she had wanted to smooth away the dark circles from under his eyes and put a real smile on his handsome face. She’d threatened to report him to the Minister of Art and have someone else reassigned to her; she was ashamed to think of that now.
“We certainly have,” said Draco, giving her one of his real smiles, the sort she’d never imagined his face could possibly form in those days. She tried not to smile in return. She wanted to remain as serious as possible.
This was a great smut chapter. I'm not understanding how Ginny still has issues with communication. Just-post-virginity-loss or not, given what they did, she should be all over him like a fat kid on a bologna sandwich. I love the beginning where he is concerned and possessive. It will be great once the whole Astoria thing comes out, but in the mean time, there is no bad smut so feel free to, ahem, explore new things. ;) Thanks
Author's Response: Oh... thanks! (Does the Happy Smut-Was-Praised dance.) Here's how I see the communication issue... I see this Ginny as having problems with it in general. She never had a chance to deal with the CoS trauma, she hides a lot about her inmost self, and she is very guarded. Also, in the two years since Draco came back into her life, they've had one issue after another (to say the least!) It's going to take more than what's happened so far for her to let that guard down with him. Fat kid on a bologna sandwich... (will never be able to get that image out of head again.) And it's funny you should ask about Astoria... ;)
love it, love it, love it, LOVE IT!!!
I think i know what Obfirmo is talking about. hehe. can't wait for Ginny to bitch-slap Astoria. It's going to get fun from here. Hope you have lots of energy to type. Please keep it coming!
Author's Response: Thanks!! :) Oh, there's so much more coming... SO much... I'll try to get the next chapter up pretty soon.
How appropriate. I like very much that Ginny is beginning to realize her own "powers" over Draco. I could never imagine her as some overly innocent, slow witted dolt (like Ron). I'm looking forward to when they both find out about how "bonded"they are and how everyone else will take it. lol. In the mean time, more bonding... and it will be a very interesting show when Astoria and Ginny finally meet.
Author's Response: Thanks! :) Yes, Ginny is really starting to come into her own. It's been difficult for her (and continues to be) because of some of the very traumatic experiences she's had, but she's increasingly realizing that her relationship with Draco must be on her own terms. Funny you should think of Ron... ;) And more about Astoria and everyone else very soon!
I love, love, LOVE that Ron was turned into a frog. Will be very interesting to see how she explains this to the family and to what extent Draco's actual legal status with Astoria is. I'm interested to see, also, how their relationship will progress in terms of their interaction with the others(Harry, Luna, Blaise, etc...). Ron is sure to be a pain if he makes it back from being a frog (IF...). Keep up the good work. :)
Author's Response: Thanks! :) (For anybody who's reading this and may not remember, Ron's first froggy episode was in Chapter 60 of DDD.) Oh, there's quite the Weasley family scene coming up, and it'll be even more interesting than Ginny knows now. Trouble is about to begin... but I think that Draco and Ginny are up for at least one very, very happy chapter next. ;)
