EEEEE!!! I loved this! I am generally an H/G shipper, but love the D/G ship as well, especially when Harry doesn't get hurt in the process. I loved the interactions between Ginny and Draco, how she slowly fell for him, very believable. Very sweet, I didn't want it to end!
Author's Response: Thank you! I can totally understand about Harry. I don't like to take him too out of character and I don't care for fics where Harry's portrayed as evil or obsessive. In this one, I saw Harry and Ginny as just having a teen romance that didn't work out. I'm glad you enjoyed it. It really is a sweet, gentle, feel-good kind of story. :)
Completely AU - The Auror Academy is located in the remote highlands of Scotland, in a valley frequented by the wildest of dragons. Ginny decides to attend, disguising herself as a boy, to follow a dream and a handsome blond Quidditch star.Category: Completed Short Stories
I like it. This is the first fic I've read that actually goes to Auror Academy, and I think your version definitely works :)
Author's Response: Thank you! You know what I love about reviews? Sometimes you just trigger the right idea to get me out of a rut, and your review did. I was so focused on the quest that I had forgotten about all the Auror background story! And there is so much to explore there. So, thank you!
