(Sequel to Now Life-Sized) It has been four years since that fateful day in Honeydukes, and our crazy, chocolate loving couple is still together. Draco is in much deeper than he ever thought he could be; he's thinking of marriage, kid-brats, and growing batty with old age. With Yule upon them, something is bound to happen.Category: Completed Short Stories
LOL this story was so cute to visualize.
In order for Draco to regain control of his assets after the war, he is required to marry. For Draco, this can mean only one witch - Pansy Parkinson. Who, you may ask is the Ministry liason for both Malfoy and Parkinson? Ginny Weasley.Category: Works in Progress
Ooooh I love Hermione/Blaise in stories! I like how you presented it too :P I thought I left you a comment last night but I guess I didn't hit the submit button or something. Anyway, I love it so far.
As an employee of Wizarding Britain's largest auction house, Ginny often finds herself in the mansions of the upper class installing art and antiquities. When a priceless Zephyrelli landscape is snapped up, Ginny finds herself sent to a mansion where the Master of the House is all too familiar.Category: Completed Short Stories
Loved it! The encounter felt very natural.
Based around the song by Snow Patrol. It's desperately sad about a couple that only wants to be together.Category: Completed Short Stories
Very sad. I wonder if she froze to death or if the death eaters found her?
For years they’ve been content with messing around no strings attached. A problem arises causing Ginny to make choices in her life. She finally decides to do it her way.Category: Completed Short Stories
While I liked this, I find the thought of Ginny and Draco leaving their other kids high and dry kind of sad.
When Draco’s best friend marries into the Weasley family, he finds himself in the company of a certain ginger-haired lass with amazing regularity.Category: Completed Short Stories
"She gets a Weasley and suddenly decides everyone else needs one, too"
Love that line.
Ginny shows Draco how to have a Weasley birthday.Category: Completed Short Stories
Very cute :)
The idea of "renting" her soul out to anyone - let alone a former Slytherin nemesis - did not sit well with Ginny Weasley. But circumstances always tend to go askew and when she finds herself in a dire position, Ginny has no choice but to relent, accepting the deal and the seven wishes offered as payment.Category: Long and Completed
The last bit about the muffin made me smile :) Can't wait for more!
A lost wager leads to a night of revelations for Ginny.Category: Completed Short Stories
Dubious consent is right... although in the end there were no complaints ;) I like to imagine after this Harry just couldn't compete causing Ginny to come back for more :)
Ginny wonders: why would anyone name their son dragon?Category: Completed Short Stories
A very, very fluffy, rather silly, one-shot. Inspired by the "Valentine" skin for this website.Category: Completed Short Stories
Heehee... I liked Ron's reaction. And it's just like Draco to knowingly outdo everyone.
Draco brings out thirteen darn good excuses, but none of them seem to be working. Inspired by this site's "blanket" skin.Category: Completed Short Stories
"Draco was very disturbed to realize one day that he was dating Ginny Weasley, had been for more than a month..." Loved that part!
Convicted and incarcerated after the war, Draco is unexpectedly given a new lease on life.Category: Works in Progress
Sorry for the late review, but I just now found this story. I'm glad I did find it though, because I love the way it's written. You write all your stories so well. I love the attention to detail and the thought that's put into them. Anyway, I like how this story is progressing. How the relationship is turning into something out of absolutely nothing, if that makes any sense.
Author's Response: Sorry for the late reply! :) Thank you so much for your comments; I'm really glad to hear that the pace is working for you.
Needing a third partner, Ginny and Katie enlist the help of Hermione for their Quidditch Trio Tryouts. Unfortunately, in order to be known in the Quidditch world, they have to be connected to the right people and funding. Oliver Wood assures them that this will be done, but at what cost?Category: Works in Progress
It's hard to picture Hermione playing Quidditch :P Anyway, I can't wait to see where this story goes!
Ginny Weasley and Draco Malfoy are summoned to the headmaster's office after their children get into a brawl at school.Category: Completed Short Stories
Great job! I figured it out about halfway through :)
“Let go!” I wail, pulling back from him with a frustrated cry. “I’ve got detention with Carrow and I can’t be late! Please just let go of me!”Category: Long and CompletedHe immediately releases me, his expression suddenly darkening. “Oh.” It’s all he can say. We both know what those detentions really are.
Ginny Weasley’s sixth year at Hogwarts is not at all what she expected. Harry’s gone to do something dangerous again, Death Eaters are teachers, and the cruciatus curse is a favorite punishment for misbehaving students… and blood-traitors. Dark but humorous, riddled with both angst and fluff, the events of Deathly Hallows told from Ginny’s point of view without the epilogue.
Written for jessicakmalfoy. Winner of Best Overall of the 2009 D/G Fic Exchange and Best Portrayal of Ginny Weasley. Nominated for Best Portrayal of Draco Malfoy and Best Kiss.
Endless thanks for the beta-ing to Jaden Malfoy.
I know it's not the point of the story, but I wish someone would tell her parents!! Now I'm rewriting your story in my head, imagining Draco sending an anonymous note to Arthur and Molly with the intention so they'll take her out of school and keep her safe.
Author's Response: May have been a good idea... hmmmmmmm very true. Thanks so much!
Lovely :) Thanks for the read, I definitely enjoyed it!
Author's Response: Thank you so much! Glad to hear it!
I'm pretty sure I've read this story before but I've come across it again today. I like that how we get to see Ginny's vulnerability. It reminds you that no matter what is going on, she's still a young girl. Even Draco, who had everything handed to him, is starting to feel some of that pressure. Anyway, on to the next chapter!
Author's Response: Thank you so much for your review (and reading twice!)
Short, but sweet. Regarding the painting of the founders, I couldn't help but think that would make a great story plot. The founders fighting over two of "their students" being together.
Author's Response: Haha, maybe I need to make a spin off with the painting!
It's interesting that they've formed an easy friendship, yet not at the same time.
Author's Response: Yeah, I think the level of uncertainty and darkness in the school definitely helped push them together
I get the impression that Draco is realizing the "bad" side is much more violent and cruel that he could imagine. It's one thing to spread hatred and talk, but seeing it in person from those closest to you would be tough, especially when you aren't sure you feel the same way.
Author's Response: Yes, disillusionment is very real for him. And after his 6th year, it's no surprise that he's struggling with that role.
"The next morning she awoke to a red rose laid carefully on the pillow beside her. Once a sign of his love, now the ruby petals stood only as a symbol of his betrayal."Category: Completed Short StoriesJust in time for Halloween, a horror story examining the ways betrayal and repressed pain can warp and twist the heart and mind. Not a story for the light of heart.
Creepy! But written beautifully. And thanks for your explaination in the review. I was wondering if Ginny died as well. I guess it's not really important to the story because either way it's still haunting to think about. Having the mystery surrounding the end is a nice touch.
Twenty-five-year-old Draco is captured and housed at Grimmauld place. He learns to appreciate the simple things.Category: Works in Progress
I had to check to see if this was going to be more than a one-shot. I'm glad it is! I'm looking forward to see where this goes
Author's Response: Thank you. I hope to add more once I have control of the plot bunnies again.
Pushing her hair away from her face, he stared at her from behind his silver mask. His grey eyes were cold and lifeless but enticingly beautiful. Unaware of what she was doing, she raised her hand to touch his mask, causing him to jerk backwards and let go of her face.Category: Works in Progress
Just started reading this, and I really like it! The perspective is really interesting and different than some of the stories I've read before. I look forward to the next update.
Just because the war is over doesn't mean everything's okay. There are some things magic can't fix.Category: Completed Short Stories
This was very good. I was content with the ending, but at the same time I wish it was much, much longer so I could find out what happens.
