Draco owns the Furies, a quidditch team which just happens to have a certain Ginny Weasley on the roster. After some flying in the rain, their relationship turns physical and may eventually develop a smidgen of plot.Category: Long and Completed
awww...I can't believe you got me to aw with this story. It is marvelous; all that hot, sweaty sex...yum...
Draco is such a tease, but Ginny has him eating out of her palms. I love it! Even with a strong emphasis on D/G you manage to flush out your characters; Oliver is just adorable. And there is no need to mention the smut; hot and sexy as well!
When Arthur Weasley is murdered, Ginny must work with the Unspeakable assigned to the murder investigation... only to find it's the last person she wants to talk to. Has Harry/Hermione and Ron/Pansy on the side.Category: Completed Short Stories
that was really beautiful; a sequel perhaps?
Author's Response: Thank you, but no, there won\'t be a sequel.
A Vesica/Mynuet Collaboration. If Ginny had even the slightest inkling of what the day would bring, she probably would have called in sick. A disastrous press conference proved to be no match for the spin doctoring talents of Lush's chief and Ginny finds herself catapulted from being a lowly intern to the very eye of the storm, living a double life as a careerwitch and glamorous front woman for a racy new line. Throw in a few A-list events, a few dozen crises, an endless promotional tour with her new co-worker and the last person she wanted to spend time with, and a mystery waiting back home that neither of them may be able to solve….Every day's an adventure when you're living the Lush Life!Category: Works in Progress
Hilarious! Her priming specialists and their conversations were especially enjoyable, and that naughty man running his hands up Ginny's thighs...we all know that he was just coping a feel and nicely saved his ass by talking about hairy legs and such. hehe
My friends and I were actually talking about the stick thin models today, and apparently models only weigh 80% of what they should way to be healthy. It's quite deplorable. Curves are sexier, but these stick figures can pull off all types of clothes...
Back to the story, Draco certainly seems to have too much interest in Ginny Weasley's assets, and I don't think it has anything to do with humiliation as Ginny seems to think! Waiting for the next chapter! Showdown btwn Ginny and Pansy perhaps?
Ves says: I think, for Ginny, those conversations were much like being dumped in a tank with aliens.
Myn says: It\'s always been my opinion that a lot of the reason for the trend of stick-thin models is that so many of the designers are gay, they tend to think of the most boyish figures as being the ones that are most attractive. But, I could be bitter because the only parts of my body that doesn\'t curve are my fingers. Anyway, enough digression. Yes. Much interest in Ginny\'s assets.
Ves says: There was never a question of making it clear that Ginny is a healthy-sized girl. We would have had to smack ourselves if we wrote it any other way.
Computer - $1300. Internet Cable - $50. This story - Priceless. (There are some things money can't buy, for everything else there is mastercard ;-).
Seriously, all joking aside, I really love this story! "I leave with lush or nothing..." Bloody brilliant. Where do you guys come up with this stuff??
I like Narcissa as the career woman although it is not the usual way one perceives her because she is aristocracy and working is beneath her, but, hey, I am all for willing suspension of disbelief, and I rather like this Narcissa! Draco and Ginny are very IC, and from this chapter I gather that Narcissa likes Ginny very much; so my take is that she pushes for a relationship between the two. However, with the weird way this story started out, I am sure there are other much more entertaining thoughts abound!
I would tell you to change the names and try and publish it, but I think that is frowned upon ;-) Nevertheless, if this ever gets published it, I am confident that it will make the bestsellers list! It's a very unique story.
Ok that was quite a long review...but I am so excited about this story!!
Author's Response: Myn says: If we ever published this, I wouldn't be able to resist telling Good Morning America that it all started as a fanfic on Livejournal, and then the jig would be up and someone would sue us until we died. So, it seems unlikely. Ves says: *snicker* She has a point. There will be more later on how Narcissa started but for now I can say, I am not sure she had much choice. Glad you are enjoying it. This story owes quite a debt to fluffy chick lit everywhere - not a style either of us usually writes but fun. Very fun. Myn says: Much fun. And some insanity, which answers the question of where we come up with this stuff.
Ooooo! Naked pic of Ginny (at least I think so)...Exciting stuff! Did she stumble back into her office with or without clothes?! Maybe Draco comes across her in her couch...O the possibilities! Favorite line of the chapter "and then matching earings like boulders were threaded through her lobes!" Great word choice!
Respone to the response - yup, those gay guys, making it hard for everybody... But I shall be proud of my ample curves! maybe
Author's Response: Ves says: I can say for sure that the earrings were all Myn. Great description!
Myn says: Ginny was clothed as she stumbled to her office, and had even disposed of the massive bling. And I\'d say to be proud of your curves, definitely. If you repeat something often enough you start to believe it, and it might as well be \"I\'m fabulous!\"
Ves says: Hear, hear!!
What was that picture that made Draco order a life-size of it? Planning to wank off with that picture in sight, Mr. Malfoy? This chapter was, once again, refreshing, and I am so thankful for all the fluff; I just died after the latest chapter of the Anise fic, KCOTDT, and this one brought back all hope rushing back! The scene with Josh the intern was awesome; there is something sexy about a woman calming threatening men around. Both the women in this fic are amazing, just like both the women who are writing it! I look forward to your responses as much as the story, and you seem like cool ladies who can also write among other things. Thank you for an amazing chapter! And some very inspiring author's response! :)
Author's Response: Myn says: Mr. Malfoy would like it known that any crass speculations about his private activities will be met with lawsuits if they are made public.
Ves says: See, I was going to say \"wanking\" sounds so....plebian. But as usual..Myn said it better! Thanks for the sweet feedback! Glad you are enjoying this wild ride.
You know the rhyme... first comes love, then comes marriage... Except it doesn't quite work out that way for Draco & Ginny.Category: Long and Completed
Good Story..things are bound to improve for our best fellow!
With the defeat of the Order of the Phoenix and the capture and unknown fate of her family, Ginny Weasley does what she has to to survive until events catapult her into the safe keeping of a Death-Eater-in-Disgrace whose agenda is his own and whereupon she learns that not everything is as it seems and that she is not the only one with hidden demons. Warnings for attempted Rape, violence and very, super-mild HBP spoilers.Category: Works in Progress
I absolutely love this story! It is very original, and your writing style is wonderful. "his words sounded as bland as cold porridge" that line got to me! I want to know what is in that leather portfolio; Ginny will accept of course, and I can't wait for the smut. I totatlly know how it feels to have an image stuck in one's head, how you need to paint it out. I'm sufficiently motivated to do a painting for this one; it will be venturing out to new territory, but once I have more time, I will do a sketch for you! Hopefully...if it is good enough...
Author's Response: Eeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!! Squeeeee!!!!!!!!! More fanart? *jumps up and down all excited* WOW! Thank you so much. I look forward to seeing your interpretations! I am useless with art - I write my pictures with words. As for the leather portfolio, there is a reason I left it right to the end of the chapter...
In progress. Ginny commemorates the fifth anniversary of her death and finds herself face to face with someone from her past.Category: Works in Progress
uh oh...awesome chapter. What's with the cliffies in this site. Too many of them.
Only one correction “Has it occurred to you, Father, that their may be another woman"
it's not a big deal, but just wanted to let you know
Two and a half years after his failure to kill Albus Dumbledore, Draco has long been accepted back into the ranks of the Death Eaters. He is still obsessively searching for the rebel Ginny Weasley, but he hides that secret well. When she is found one snowy December night, he smuggles her onto the Death Eaters? train with him. And he begins to learn that nothing will ever be the same again?Category: Works in Progress
I can't decide whether to laugh or cry! Goodness...i'm winded from reading this chapter. As for plot suggestion, what am I going to say? Let Ginny and Draco get back together and live happily ever after, but seeing as how that is not very orignial or constructive I'll leave you the task of figuring out the way to get there. I do request that you plot the demise of one Mr. Potter, kill him off, the bastard! I'm glad I have your reassurance of the smut, must mean something is going right! Now about that chapter...favorite quote "I'll kill you if you dare to die on me, Ginny?" It made want to laugh, hysterical laughter mind you. I'll patiently wait for more chapter because this ended with prospects of a bright future, if you consider a living, mad, scared Ginny and a defeated Draco with a piece of his soul missing eligible for a bright future...
You know, I would say Bella is pregnant with Snurk's seed, which would just be absolutely hilarious, and better than any revenge that Draco could dream up, but I know the chances of that are unlikely. *Plots with Draco on the demise of Bella*
Everytime you leave me with more questions; I'm thinking the squib is the guy who testified against Draco, just because he is the only person we do not know too much about and it sort of makes sense. And I can't even begin to predict what you have planned. I just thought the Tree was a symbolic thing, but it seems as though it might be more. I'm sure you have everything figured out, it is just a matter of us finding out...soon hopefully...very soon
Nooooooooo! I was so happy to see that you had updated, and now I am all deflated and depressed; your gifts are like poison too, the chapters get deep into my mind and eat away at my heart! Ginny has a piece of his soul, I'm sure of it, and they will meet again. I'm sure of that too (ok only 50%). I loved the conflicting emotions in both of them, and I am more curious than ever to find out who the squib was. I certainly have those parachutes, I just get so caught up I forget to operate them, and down I go...
Nooooooooooooo! You can't end it there!! I think I know how Draco was able to reach Ginny without even trying! It must have something to do with the missing soul piece that Ginny has that beckons to him. I am as curious as Draco to find out who Ginny was talking about. I am confident all will be revealed in due course, but I'm so glad you updated today! I have a feeling that the tide is definitely turning, slowly but surely!
Oh...Well, in the universe in my head, all's well that ends well! Draco and Ginny you belong together in all fics, and Anise will join you together, even if it is only in death...which is not such a bad deal after all if I think about it.
Ron, you pig! Open your eyes and see Harry for what he really is! A selfish, idiotic bastard! This chapter is one of those chapters that starts a shift in relationships, view points etc. Draco, once again, is different, or perhaps indifferent is a better word. Ginny come and save poor Draco!
Of Course Draco is not going to stay in Azkaban forever! He is at Anise's house right now, and he is alive and well! This whole soul chattering business is quite confusing, but Draco will find a way to fix everything. With PlENTY of Anise's help. I am still in denial about this chapter; it hasn't sunk it yet...
*Free falling after falling off the Mt. Everest* I was so happy to see 2 chapters instead of one, and was snickering when I espcaped the previous cliffhanger, but this one wiped all the smiles out of my face. Good idea you went out to get more frappuccinos; perhaps you ought to consider visiting all the Starbuckes in the world after what you did this chapter! Draco will be all right won't he? He won't be deformed etc or trapped in limbo? Oh please don't let anything happen to him! And Hairy Pothead and stick his head up his arse; what a wanker. I never really liked him, but this chapter made me want to deck him and in the balls for good measure. I would have supported Ginny all the way for resorting to such tactics! And that kiss in the end was absolutely beautiful, please don't let it be the last...Anxiously waiting for the next one, praying for the best
oh Draco, you always seem to miss the important clues in front of your face; what is Bella doing and why is she helping you? Keep thinking and let me know if you figure it out because I would so love to know. I think she might be "mating" with half-dementors...nasty thought, and what she hopes to accomplish by it I know not. And I would have some faith in Ginny if I were you; she wouldn't let things get out of hand with Hairy Pothead (hopefully). And start thinking about Snape's advice so you can leave it flesh!
This chapter left me very satisfactorily unsatisfied, yearning for more...Don't let them suffer too much!
This chapter was one of the best because once again you have left us floundering with our conflicting emotions. With how you have described Ginny, it is hard to resent her for her actions; I think she might be even more twisted than Draco. Draco has a purpose, he is clinging on to his fate, but I think Ginny is in that state of indifference that is quite dangerous. She is completely...broken; it is like she has nothing more to live for, except a twisted sense of duty. The conversation between Draco and Ginny, that wasn't really a conversation, was an especially wonderful touch. It seems like we have been under a dark cloud for quite a long time; will things ever get better?!
As for the pictures of Edward VI, he isn't how I picture Draco, but I can see it. I pictured Draco's chin to be stronger, and his face more angular. Edward VI had much baby fat, even in the 2nd one. Thanks for the history brief!
*Gasp* God Draco can be a bit thick sometimes; so wrapped up in his own warped self. Nothing good is going to come of him listening to Bella; I just know it. This new development just can't be good. Why does it feel so wrong, yet so right?!
The part where Draco is talking to Snape is truly heartbreaking; the emotions, the reactions, the way you delivered it, simply stunning. "This place would have broken me, if there was anything whole left to break." That line made me want to weep. Snape is so wonderfully flushed out, though he doesn't make appearances often. That is one of your greatest strenghts, the ability to convey everything you want to without coming out and saying it. How could Ginny be spending time with Harry? I can only imagine what she is feeling...She can't get Draco out of her head; no matter how much she tries to argue that he was a Death Eater; he was loving towards her, in his own twisted way.
"It was a desire for information, which was the worst kind of wanting." And I can only learn what I need to know from Anise! Please update soon ;-)
That was really the coolest concept in this story! I'm guessing that Draco has to first admit that he has done many wrong things and start repenting for the scales to balance. Because he cannot change what he already did; but the first step toward the path of repenting is to actually admit that one was wrong. The description of the prison reminded me of Monte Cristo; the boat, the prison on jagged boulders, classic prison that. You have left me with more questions than answers, as usual. No worries! On we plunge deeper into the story
I didn't like the author's note in the end at all...I am filled with dread for what is going to happen to Draco. I really liked the way the sentencing works; I love mythology, and that is a very cool method. Draco is a bit too cocky about walking free, he can't, not after what he did to Harry. I hate Harry for his selfishness, for just being there. Suddenly everything is crystal clear; Ginny did this because of guilt and her love for Harry, but she never planned on falling for Draco, his gentleness etc. But then she so cruelly and heartlessly rips out his heart, and Draco will never be the same. I'm starting to believe that there is no happy ending with this story! *sob*
Fantastic! I was so caught up in the story, I didn't even mind the different court procedures. I have to know what happens next! Draco's promise; now that is some great word choice...Draco probably meant it mainly in the physical sense, but the words he picked, hurt instead of harm...makes such a big difference. Draco dearest, it's probably better you didn't blurt any of the stuff you were going to; it would have ended up hurting you more. I wish Draco had been questioned, it would have opened Ginny's eyes to some of Draco's psyche.
