I am sooo hoping Draco is just faking, and now that he and Ginny have double bonded themselves - with the vow and with him asking forgiveness - that the spell won't work. I don't know why he's faking since he said he wouldn't let his father take her away.

nice addition. the only thing I can say is that you can take your time with the plot points. it's a teensy bit rushed. I'm wondering if it's just so you can have this back story and now you're going to get into the real problems?
