E Pur Si Muove - Guidelines
Here are a few guidelines to keep this a fair, low-key, and low-stress place for everyone.
- 1. Please don't take on more characters than you can handle writing.
- 2. If you would like to add another character please consult an admin before choosing. This way we can let you know if that person is spoken for already. An application will be required for each new additional character and each application will be assessed by the admin on a case by case basis.
- 3. NPCs: If you want to NPC a character that is not "created" by you please contact an admin. NPCing a canon character might conflict with what the new writer wants when that character is actually picked up. ALSO, when you pick the Visual Representations for your NPCs please be mindful of who you choose because actual players may want to use your VR if they are famous enough and icons are plentiful. Try to pick VRs who are a little more obscure as player characters have priority in the assigning of VRs. If there is a conflict between a new player's desire for a VR and an existing NPC using it, the NPC's VR will have to be changed.
- 4. Let's be kind to one another. And in the event you have a misunderstanding with someone, try to go to that person and discuss it.
- 5. If the characters don't get along... It isn't personal. For example: Blaise and Greg loathe Harry. In fact, Blaise would gleefully murder him in his sleep. But, Kelly adores Nicole. They are friends. That isn't going to change.
- 6. We use the ooc comm to share/suggest plot ideas that will affect others - please be sure to follow suit.
- 7. If you know of a friend who is over 18 and would like to write here, feel free to direct them to us. (Because of the nature of adult-like scenes we require all players to be 18 years or older) However they will still have to submit an application and the admin-women will still take it on a case-by-case basis.
