“You mustn’t tell them, Rose! Harry knows but Lily and the boys… you can’t breathe a word…”Category: Works in Progress
When Rose Weasley went to her favorite aunt for advice on how to handle loving someone her family disapproved of, she never dreamed the older woman would have been able to relate so well. In the comfortable safety of her kitchen, Ginevra Potter told her niece everything and swore her to secrecy. But months later, when Ginevra notices that her daughter, Lily, is spending time with Scorpius Malfoy, Ginny realizes too late that the truth can never really be locked away. Children question their parents and their own identities and everyone must confront the past.
All I can say is... WOW! That was heart-wrenching! I feel sorry for Ginny & Lily! Don't keep us hanging for long & update soon! =D
Author's Response: I'll try to get the next one out soon. Thanks for your review! ;)
Here’s the thing about love; no one ever tells you the truth. They don’t want to ruin whatever childhood fantasies you’re going to concoct up in that ‘pretty little head of yours.’ No, no, see, they’re all much more sadistic then that. They would rather you find out later that all the dreaming you did was for nothing. Then that way, you can be just like them, and suffer.Category: Completed Short Stories
Another thumbs up for you! =D
Author's Response: Thank you !
This isn’t a fairy tale that ends happily ever after; at least not for me. You see, this is the story of how I, Harry James Potter, learned to let her go.Category: Completed Short Stories
That was simply amazing! And very noble of Harry! =)
Author's Response: Eh, don't say it too loud, or it'll go to his head! ;-) Thanks for the review
Draco can’t stand the reporter for Quidditch World Weekly. She grates on his every nerve, until she’s gone.Category: Completed Short Stories
I had fun reading this! =) Hope there's more of it though. *hint hint*
Ginny Weasley is absolutely sure that Draco Malfoy is hatching a particularly evil plot as junior head of the Ministry Department of Culture, and that it definitely involves puppy-strangling, bribing officials, and consistently wearing trousers tailored very tight in back. Or at least it's a theory that makes sense when she's been surviving on two hours of sleep a night for far too long, and Draco keeps vetoing her sketches for the new marble statues at the Ministry fountain. But then Luna Lovegood gives her a potion with some very curious effects, and Ginny finds that she just may have to revise her opinions about those evil trousers...Category: Works in Progress
Haha.. He should just do as she says. =D
Draco Malfoy is tired. Tired of having his life dictated for him. Tired of the pressure he feels to take on the Death Eater lifestyle his father wants for him. No one notices that Draco is unhappy, though. No one, that is, except for the one person he doesn't want around.Category: Long and Completed
How does she feel about him? Can't wait for the next chapter. Hope they're both in the next one. =)
Author's Response: Ah, that is the question! Next chapter will be out in a day or two.
Wow, the way you've written this makes me feel bad for Draco too. Hope we see more D/G interaction in the next chapter. Draco could use some cheering up. =)
Author's Response: Really? Thank you! And just wait until you see chapters 8 and 9!!
What does his father want now? And will Ginny go after him? I really hope she does. I want my D/G interaction. =O
Author's Response: You shall see, my dear. You shall see. I had a lot of fun with the next chapter!
Nice! =) I only wish Draco was conscious that time. Oh well, there's always the next chapter right? Do update soon.
Author's Response: You're right. There is always next chapter! Thank you for reviewing!
Loved that "Draco fell off a tree and apologized on top of Ginny scene"! I definitely wasn't expecting that he'd get to thank her that way. Keep more cute scenes like that coming! =)
Author's Response: Lol! Thanks so much! I think that's officially the favourite scene. Makes me quite pleased! ;)
Why indeed does she always run away from him? Maybe next time he should just go after her. =) I'm loving this story more and more! Do update soon. And I hope Draco doesn't get hurt when he goes home. Or I'll personally strangle Lucius and his minions. LOL!
Author's Response: I won't hold you back... I promise! Lol! I'm posting again today, so keep your eyes peeled!
Intriguing! I missed Draco in this chapter though. I'm hoping for more D/G action in the next one. =)
Author's Response: Thanks for reviewing!
Interesting.. What's with the sly, almost evil grin that broke over Draco's face? Short chapter though. Wish there was more. Do post the next chapter soon. =)
Author's Response: Oh, you'll see! I know it's short. I'm trying to lengthen the chapters, but since they're all already written it's kind of hard. Anyway, the next chapter won't be long.
Oh! So that was his plan! =) I'm missing D/G scenes though. And I hope that Ginny doesn't run away from him next time or he'll at least run after her. =D Great job! Keep it up!
Author's Response: Lol! Chapters 17 and 18... just you wait!! Thank you for reviewing and I'll update again soon!
Bring on the kitchen scene! =D
Author's Response: Lol! I LOVE the kitchen scene! ;) As a special treat... I'll go ahead and post it!!
*squeal* LOVE IT, LOVE IT, LOVE IT! More please! Definitely my favorite chapter so far! Two thumbs up for you! =D
Author's Response: Lol! Thank you bunches!
Awwww.. They're so cute! I especially like this scene --> "Draco covered the distance between them in two quick strides and wrapped his arms around her shoulders, despite her struggling. “I had nothing to do with that. I swear!”
He lifted her chin so that she was looking into his warm, grey eyes. “Pansy jumped out at me in the middle of the corridor and I couldn’t get away.”" =D
Author's Response: Thank you! That's my favourite scene, too.
*wail* You can't end it like that! I demand an update at the soonest possible time.
Author's Response: Lol! I'm sorry... I will update soon. As Fred would say, "All right, keep your hair on!"
Thanks a million for the quick update! And for making my day with this update. =) I don't think it's choppy at all. I LOVED it! My favorite part --> "Ginny grabbed his collar in both hands and pulled his face down to within inches of her own. She fought to keep a straight face as his eyes widened in surprise. “Don’t you think I had everything under control?” she asked in a low voice.
Before he could say anything in response, she leaned forward and planted a fierce kiss on his lips. He only hesitated for a second before pulling her tightly to his chest and returning her kiss."
Keep more of those coming! =D Great job by the way! Can't wait to know what will happen next.
Author's Response: That's my favourite part, too!! I had so much fun! I'm so glad you liked it, and I'll post again really soon.
Best chapter so far! Loved it! =D
Author's Response: Thank you! :D
There's nothing Ginny enjoys more than making Draco mad, but she's about to take it all a little too far...Category: Works in Progress
LOL! They clearly both don't know what they got themselves into! Things are going to be pretty interesting from now on. Please update soon. =)
Ginny gets a dare to catch the attention – and more –of the arrogant git that is Draco Malfoy. She NEVER turns down dares. But does she dare look into those darned piercing grey eyes of his...and not fall in love with him?Category: Works in Progress
[Quote of the moment]
"Hello, Draco," I said politely, my tone a little miffed, though.
His fair head slowly turned toward me. I found myself holding my breath for when his eyes would meet mine...
His face was incredulous, slightly disdainful. The wide, piercing grey eyes looked at me shrewdly, his dark lips pressed together.
"It's Malfoy to you, Weasley," he slowly, as if he were talking to someone mentally retarded. "But sir is fine, as well."
Had his voice always been like that? Soft, muted, velvet smooth? ...Sexy?
I gathered my thoughts as quickly as I could. "Oops, sorry!" I said sarcastically. "Would Your Highness do?"
"Perfect," he smirked slightly, his eyes still sort of tight. "But I can't be bothered to remind you, so please don't forget."
Very interesting! =D I wonder how she'll get Draco to date her. I'm guessing she'll have to be extra creative. Please update soon.
Author's Response: Lol, thank you! Glad you enjoyed this. :D about her being creative! And I'll update pretty soon, hopefully.
Ginny Weasley, anonymous painter extraordinaire, is commissioned/blackmailed into painting a portrait of Draco Malfoy. It's a surprise portrait for the pompous narcissist's birthday. A surprise NUDE portrait.Category: Works in Progress
Won multiple awards!
Interesting premise! So will it be real Draco posing?;)
Author's Response: The premise is sadly not mine (the Ginny draws Draco) but I wanted to spice it up a bit and thus, polyjuicing! I'm glad you like it so much. And the real Draco...? What do you think? And to self-pimp: read the next chapter to find out! :P Sorry it took forever and a day for a reply and an update.
You thought taking care of a plastic baby was hard work? At least it wasn't magical. Hilarity ensues as the students of Hogwarts learn a lesson in responsibility through Dumbledore's new parenting project. AU DG with several other minor pairings.Category: Works in Progress
I'm loving this story more and more with each update! =)
Author's Response: Thanks, I'm glad you enjoyed it.
Running ragged during his sixth year from the stress of following orders of wizards much darker and more ruthless than he for fear of death, Draco Malfoy trips right over Ginny Weasley, and finds something he never thought possible: A moment of peace.Category: Completed Short Stories
Please review!
"If you love me only in my dreams, let me be asleep forever" --> I love this quote. I'm wondering what Ginny's answer to his letter will be and if she feels the way that he does...
Author's Response: I love that quote too, it's so sad and faraway feeling. You're the second person to wonder what Ginny will say, so I may just have to write something about that. :-)
