On the night of the Dark Lord's fall, Draco feels there is nothing left for him. But maybe the ruins of his life are not so tattered as he once thought...Category: Completed Short Stories
OHHHHHHHH! This was BEAUTIFUL! I loved it. Really. The imagery was so rich and powerful, and the way you handled their emotions was just--wow. I'm speechless right now.
My favourite line: ""she had died bloody and torn: a magnificent white rose ripped apart until nothing but thorns were left in Draco's memory."
Simply beautiful (in a tragic way, of course). What I love most about this, however, is that you gave hope at the end, and you did it in a way where I wasn't wanting to roll my eyes--as is sometimes the case. Brilliant!
Author's Response: Hi Kim! Thank you so much for your review, (I'm dreadful at replying to reviews), I am over the moon that SOMEBODY here left one! I'm glad that's your favourite line, because it was my favourite one to write ^_^ I'm glad the ending wasn't super-cheesy for you. Subtelty is sometimes key, no?
Squee! Thanks ^_^.
At the end of a dark corridor in Azkaban there are only two people, the isolated prisoner and his jailer.Category: Completed Short Stories
Awww, this was lovely. I was worried it would have an unhappy end, so I was glad for the surprise. Loved it!
The clock stood in the corner of her parlor for years. She'd never understood why her parents had chosen to give her the Weasley family heirloom as a wedding gift, but, perhaps now, its time had finally come.Category: Completed Short Stories
Awwww, this was lovely. So human and warm and just beautiful. I'm filled with fluffy happiness right now, which is always a good sign after reading a fic. I loved that Ginny and Ron were able to overcome their grudge, that the clock was the thing that brought them together, and Ben was a great addition. Even though Draco isn't 'featured', I got a sense of his character and the obvious love he has for Ginny. Plus, that last line was perfect!
Very nice! I enjoyed this one a lot.
Author's Response: Thanks so much! I personally could just see him and Ron still sort of looking to needle each other over that. In my little fanfic world, Ron and Draco will forever annoy the crap out of each other. :D It's just too easy. Also, I could always see Ginny being closer to the twins than any other brothers, so having her favorite grandchild have a spark of the twins seemed logical.
Hugs!

Ginny can't take it anymore. She doesn't fit in with her old life since being possessed by Tom Riddle. She desperately wants to find a way to break the feeling of the darkness gripping her, but she can't seem to find relief anywhere.Category: Completed Short Stories
I have very mixed feelings about this story, and it has nothing to do with your writing and everything to do with the relationship you have constructed for Draco and Ginny. Thing is, these two are both a little broken, both suffering in the dark, and two people of that kind don't make a healthy relationship. So there's a part of me that thinks they shouldn't be together at all - especially since it is based on sex. Yet it's Draco and Ginny, and I naturally want Draco and Ginny to be together because that is the pairing I like. Hrrrmmm.
So, to compensate for this, I'm going to pretend that after a few encounters like this, Draco and Ginny discover there really is more; that the light Draco sensed in her is indeed real, and that they do find their place in the world again.
Imagined futures aside, I thought this was a very interesting one-shot. I would have liked to have seen it expanded on, but it's really not necessary. You did capture what you needed, and while I feel that Ginny is putting more stock on an imagined darkness, that in itself is still realistic. A lot of the times we do surround ourself with a weird, distorted sense of worth, almost guilt when we undergo dark or traumatising events. I think your Ginny illustrates that, but I believe Draco is right and that she can find her light again.
Right, now that I've rambled your ear (eyes?) off, I'll end my review. :P
Author's Response: I love that you reviewed because you are one of my top three favourite D/G writers. As to your feelings on the story, that is almost exactly the sort of impression I was going for as I wrote it, so I feel very pleased that that came across. Especially since this sort of writing isn't my usual; it was a random plot bunny that wouldn't leave me alone until I wrote it; I wrote it in about an hour... I kind of feel that if it had been a longer story, that would have been exactly what happened.
Ginny had told everyone that it was in fact Harry's baby… but that she had broken off the engagement. It was a lie, of course, but what was another lie? It was nothing.Category: Completed Short Stories
Oh, this was sad. This is why I hate secret lover stories. They always leave me wanting a fluffy pick-me-up. Very nicely written, though.

Awwwwwww! This is adorable!!! I am wearing the goofiest smile right now - always a good sign after reading a fic. Loved it!!
Author's Response:
I'm so glad you enjoyed it! And that it was goofy-smile inducing. =D
Draco springs Ginny from women's prison, but will she ride in his aqua-blue Cadillac? And why is he using so much Miracle Whip? Watch out for that rat poison, not to mention the nine-inch heels... Utter crackfic (more or less) inspired by the longer video for Lady Gaga/Beyonce's *Telephone*.Category: Completed Short Stories
LOL! That was so crazy and hilarious!
Author's Response: Thanks! It was a lot of fun to write. :)
Draco and Ginny are pretty bad at faking it.Category: Completed Short Stories

Awww, this was adorable! Simply adorable! I loved it!
Author's Response: I'm glad, thank you!
When Ginny attends a Ministry function, she expects her usual, run of the mill misery. However, when her parents seem to be plotting something with the Malfoys and a special guest makes an appearance, she realizes that the ball will be anything but normal.Category: Completed Short Stories

Aw, this was lovely, Ann. A nice dose of romance with just the right amount of drama. I would have loved to have seen this made into a chaptered story, but it's still satisfying as is.
Loved it!
Author's Response: There's a lot that can be expanded on in this story, and well, writing the 'happily ever after' instead of an implied one. But alas, I'm not sure I have enough in me to go back to this. Thanks for the review!
New Auror pairs must complete a most difficult task to prove that they know every detail about the other. Harry and Draco have been training partners for eight months now. They don't seem worried, however the two have obviously kept secrets, mostly pertaining to Ginny Weasley.Category: Works in Progress
What an interesting story. Liking this so far.
Does the flap of a butterfly’s wings in Brazil set off a tornado in Texas?Category: Completed Short Stories
Completely AU - The Auror Academy is located in the remote highlands of Scotland, in a valley frequented by the wildest of dragons. Ginny decides to attend, disguising herself as a boy, to follow a dream and a handsome blond Quidditch star.Category: Completed Short Stories
I love this chapter. Always have. I like the fact that he already knew before she was hurt - I think he's observant enough to notice that. Also like how you let that whole scene play out. Ginny's majorly crushing, while Draco is just, well, Draco. It's cute and fun, and just what I felt like reading.
It's been so long that I can't remember what 'Goku' has to do with this anymore. But all it makes me think of is Dragon Ball Z, which I can't remember if was your point or not. Ah, I'm tired. Sorry of this makes no sense. I liked this chapter, anyway.
Author's Response: I'm so glad you like it. This was the world's toughest prompt. :) But, yes, Goku is from the Dragon Ball universe. Someday, I'd love to continue this story with some help from a serious Dragon Ball Z fan because it has so much potential for a long fic, but I'd need someone to bounce ideas off to keep it in perspective. and I really love this universe. I think Mathilde has some potential. :)
Oh, I forgot it just stops. You know, I happen to know rather a lot about Dragon Ball Z (I even write DBZ fanfiction), so if you were ever wanting to expand this and need an expert on Dragon Balls and all things DBZ, I'm your man -- er, woman.
Other than that, this was a cute fic. Such potential. *wink wink*
Author's Response: You go girl, or, er, woman! :) I might take you up on that! I was so hoping that by posting I might find someone who could help. I was thinking of making this a series and I have some ideas, since I got so much feedback begging for more. LOL I'll email you separately and maybe we can come up with something together. :)

Draco has his heart set on Ginny. So he does the typical Draco move....
“Ginevra, marry me! You'll have the best of everything with me; the most lavish lifestyle and baubles you could dream up.” Draco began with a flourish. He was putting on a bit of a show, really. Ginny smirked. “Nothing will be spared. We'll invite all of Britain! It will be the wedding of the century! All for you, love!” He lifted the small box to her level and opened it with a swish of his wand.
“Are you quite finished?” Ginny asked with a saccharine smile. He smirked and nodded for her to accept his proposal, finally. “Draco Malfoy, you are the most presumptuous, self-absorbed person I have ever met.."
Very cute! The singing quartet was a nice touch. ^_^
Author's Response: Thanks! I'm not really sure where the inspiration came from on that little addition, but I like it. :)
Post-War. The Weasleys and the rest of the Wizarding World is falling apart and only Manic!Ginny is left to save them!Category: Works in Progress
Warning: Contains Slightly Insane and Neurotic Post-War Possibilities
Oh, this seems like a good fic. I've been a bit out of touch with DG fanfiction for a while because of work and family, so it was nice read something refreshing and not featuring the usual ever-bickering Draco/Ginny. Sometimes I like a more mellowed Draco, and this one is lovely because he still retains some of his snark without being a complete bastard.
Author's Response: Wow, thanks! :) Let's hope he doesn't get into one of his moods and prove us wrong. Thanks for the review!
*COMPLETE* Ginny has a diary. Again! And it talks back! Although, this time it's not evil. Probably. But what if the wizard on the other side of the ink and paper is? Mostly though, this story is about not judging the book by it's covers.Category: Long and Completed
Lightish stuff, some serious themes but written simply for enjoyment. Betaed by Ness Frost and marinka. My sister also helped. :) Thank you!
Oooo, I love this! I was giggling like crazy while reading their diary entries, and of course now things got even more interesting now that Draco is at Hogwarts. I look forward to seeing what will happen next!
Author's Response: Thank you! When writing you never really know if the others will actually get your joke until anyone says so. I'm glad you liked. :) Thanks!
Ooh, I was so happy to see this story updated. I'm really, really enjoying it. Poor Draco. Somtimes he can be so silly, and I think you really got his character perfect in this one. You can see his arrogance, but also the obliviousness of that. He really doesn't understand how much of a bigot/idiot he can be, and then when it starts to occur to him, he regrets it only for the fact that it is hurting his social life. A very teenage thing to think, and one I think does justice to his character.
I look forward to reading the next chapter!
Author's Response: Well, Draco is about 16 years old or something. I think it excuses him pretty well. :) I'm glad you like the story, thank you for the thoughtful review. :)
Aww, you poor thing. Kids can be such a chore, much as we love 'em, especially when you're putting them through kindie, because all they can do is get sick. And sick. And more sick. And then you just get covered in snot and dream of when it will all end ... In a nut shell, you have all my sympathy. ^_~
In any case, I loved this chapter. It's quite interesting watching how these two try to come together but never really do. I love the fact you're doing something so different with this fic as well. It makes the 'diary buddies' plot much more interesting.
I've said it before, but I'll say it again, I absolutely love your Draco. He's everything he should be, just as Ginny is everything she should be. It's nice to read something where people aren't OOC. I'll be curious to see what happens next. ^_^
Author's Response: Yes, I tried to make Draco in character but also lovable, sometimes it's not that easy. Thanks for symphatising and a thoughtful review. :)
I do love this story. Such great banter, such great chemistry, and Draco is adorable. Love it. ^_^

"All that bint has to do is mention my name and the two of them are all lovey-dovey again?"
HA! That made me laugh. A lot.
I'm really enjoying this story. Poor Draco. It's a hard life when you're in love with a Weasley who just happens to be Potter's girlfriend.
Author's Response: :) I am glad you're enjoying it!
Loved the library scene. Lots of nice tension, and you can never go wrong with DG banter.
Author's Response: So true. :)
Aw, cute. Nice to see them getting along, at least a bit.
Author's Response: They had a bit of a "moment" there, didn't they? :)
Silly Harry. He has no idea he has left the door wide open for Draco to stroll in and steal his girl. Not that I'm complaining.
Author's Response: :) Harry is a bit of a dope, isn't he?
Haha, poor Draco. Not quite the ending he was hoping for.
I don't see Ginny making that drunken mistake again. She should have stuck with the one bottle, like Draco. Poor girl.
Author's Response: I think Ginny is just confused and frustrated, but at least she had Draco to take care of her! :)
Harry can be such a dork sometimes. I'm glad Draco was there to comfort her.
Author's Response: That's what Dracos are for. :)
