This is such a great chapter. Draco did the right thing. Lucius doesn't deserve and sympathy and he got what he deserved. Draco has to be very strong to be able to go back to the place that he absolutely dreads and then kill Lucius.
Also, brilliant, but crazy plan that Ginny came up with. If/When it works, Draco, Ginny, Nott, and Harry are seriously going to get it. But they better not lock Draco and Nott up. That'd be such hypocrisy if they were thrown in to Azkaban.
